Terrible Experience! Would not give a star lol
Absolutely horrible experience. I waited a very long time before anyone took me, while they kept telling every person who walked in it would be a 45-minute wait even though there were already four people waiting before me. Then, someone came in for their appointment, and the worker told her she had already taken someone else instead and made that poor client leave!
When it was finally my turn, the staff were rude and constantly talking to each other in their language, ignoring clients. The lady near the front desk (beside Jen) was rude to two clients in a row right in front of everyone.
They also don’t clean properly the place didn’t look sanitary, and tools didn’t seem disinfected between clients. The way they applied my acrylics was sloppy I even mentioned it better not fall off because it didn’t look right from the start. It took them over 1 hour and 30 minutes to do a simple shellac acrylic set.
When I got home, one nail completely broke off, ripping my natural nail and causing it to bleed. I’m now injured and in pain. Another nail also started lifting and is about to fall off.
Do not go here. Terrible service, rude staff, poor quality work, and completely unprofessional.

I had Betty do both my feet and hands. I got a white shellac pedicure, and it turned out really nice. The only small downside was that I wish the foot massage was a bit longer like at some outside-the-mall nail salons, but it was still good overall. For my hands, I got an acrylic full set, and it went really well — I showed her a picture and she did it very close to what I wanted, including my boyfriend’s initials on one nail. I was really happy with the result and I’d definitely go back. I paid around $120 for a shellac pedicure and acrylic full set.

After pre-booking a pedicure appointment for me and my daughters, for their first ever pedicure, we arrived and had to wait a good 15mins before they had space for us. They sat my daughters to soak, while I waited for the next chair to become available. One lady began on my youngest (7yr) and spent a total of about 6mins on her, including a simple design she had chosen, that I had to argue to get done instead of a "flower only". She also did not use the colors we asked to stick to for the design. She was then put to dry for 25mins without another glance before I asked someone to get the dryer off of her. My other daughter and I were treated in a normal but rushed fashion, with nothing overly good or bad to mention. Overall, it was NOT good experience for their first time.

The owner was super mean and a pushy lady trying to upsell the entire time on other services than what I came for. I made a suggestion on the color and shape as she was doing my nails and she acted super confused and upset that I even made a suggestion. Then proceeded to make the whole experience uncomfortable by including another customer and started making passive-aggressive comments to them trying to shade me the rest of the time. Completely unprofessional and horrible service. Not worth it.

I give Do a minus zero!! She doesn’t respect her appointments, will pass other people in front of you and make you wait even though you had made an appointment; she overcharges while giving discounts to other customers. Her manicures are not the same for everyone, if she’s upset, she’ll make you pay by not giving you a good manicure or pedicure. I will not recommend her to my family members or friends.
