During my appointment I got a pedicure and a new set of Acrylic nails. I kept getting move from the nail chair to the pedicure chair after each steps of my service. That was very unprofessional and felt rushed. During my appointment after the application of the acrylic and filling I notice that the nail on my middle finger on my right hand was crooked so I mentioned it to her and she was telling me that it was straight and aligned. I asked 3x for her to fix it and she filled a bit to try to make me happy and kept repeating that it was straight with my finger. I was getting frustrated so I gave up. As she was applying the color she missed some of the sides so I asked her to fix it and she used a thin brush to do the edges so it made the colors so uneven. I could hear in her tone that she was getting annoyed that I kept asking her to fix my nails. I ended up shutting down paying and leaving. I have social anxiety and I do not like confrontation. I'm the kind of person that will pay and leave because at the end of the day it's a business and service. I got to my car and started crying. I was so disappointed. Once I got home I also noticed that the polish job on my toes was not good either and it was a different person!!! They never asked if I wanted my toe nails cut or the shape I wanted. They were using a heavy drilling bit and knicked my toe nail skin so many times. I never got to relax while getting my pedicure.
I got home and my husband made me go back with him. They didn't want to refund me because they were told him I should have walked out instead of paying. The only way was to get it all removed and redone or getting them "ripped off" her own words. She was yelling and getting agitated because my husband wouldn't let her yell and me as he was putting himself in front of me to protect me. I didn't want them to fix it as they did such and bad job the first time I never wanted to go again. I've attached pictures. This is supposed to be a 107$ service !!!!
They have been reported to the Business Bureau because they took advantage of my kindness and just wanted the money.

Absolutely love this place! Been coming here for years. Ann is amazing always with a smile on her face and no matter what designs I bring her she does an amazing job. Always exactly what I want. I never feel pressured, music is nice and soothing. Prices are great as well lots of selections, colors and designs.

My experience at this nail salon was very disappointing. Even though I paid $72, my nails started falling off after just a few days, and the polish chipped as well. When I informed the staff, they only fixed one nail, and the overall quality was poor. I highly recommend that everyone reads reviews before visiting to avoid falling into the trap of this salon.

20 years ago I walked into this place a young man who wore construction boots and had the worst feet. I've been going to this place once a month ever since. I have a group of friends that come here and I bring my child here. They do a fantastic job and have friendly stuff that I have aged with❤️. Great service, good prices.

Horrible experience twice. Got French tips the first time and the white was put on very crooked. Went back this time (I should have known better) and the woman cut and sliced almost all of my fingers near my nail with her drill. She only applied one coat of baby blue paint on my “almond” shaped nails that were terribly crooked. My fingers are still stinging and burning as i’m writing this. I had to put antibacterial ointment on my fingers so I hopefully don’t get an infection from the cuts with their unhygienic and not properly cleaned tools. Please save your money and your fingers and go ANYWHERE else.
