I am a new customer in a new area for fibre. We have been delayed 5-6 times for our area to go live. Three times they called and said it’s going to be another week. Well twice third time they didn’t bother to call and I lost a days vacation. Then they finally showed up at 4 in the afternoon a week later when my appointment was at 8am. Ran the lines to the house hooked up router but sorry your area won’t be live until tomorrow. Now we have been told twice another 24hrs. Hopefully it’s worth all this. Very close to telling them to come get their stuff and buying Elons Internet. Do not recommend this company.
Even though my Fibre installation has been delayed, by circumstances outside Connex control. I feel very good about there efforts to try and service my address. I hope there continued efforts result in a positive completion to this installation.
These people are easy to work with on activity planning and scheduling. They show up on schedule. They are clearly skilled and efficient at the work they do and can manage obstacles. I have only good words to say about this outfit. .
Great team of people for both the install of our internet and the team who came back in the spring to bury the wires. Very friendly and personable. Made sure all our questions were answered.
Canadaconnex techs have been to my house a number of times as I have had different services with Xplore. They are always knowledgeable and helpful, and getting my fibre hooked up yesterday was especially exciting. Thanks, Nico!
