Canceled appointments 3 days in a row - 3 different time windows on 3 separate days I waited and then they called back each time to cancel.. Owner doesn’t step up to mitigate lackadaisical employees either. How Xplore deals with these guys is beyond me.
I took a day off, didn’t get a visit from you guys, you made me waste a day of plans that I have made for the day cause you said they would come later in the day and never did…not impressed 👎🏻
