Bobby hands down goes above and beyond for his clients. He went the extra mile when communicating and discussing a Combi boiler install. Taking plenty of time to explain things thoroughly to me. Then, when my boiler broke on New Years Eve, he was quick, responsive and moved fast to secure all the hardware necessary. Was easy to reach out to, and really moved fast to get our heat and hot water up and running. I plan to install a heat pump in the summer and I will definitely use Bobby's services again Thanks again Bobby and the rest of his team!

I dialed the digits, I was feeling the dread, "Can you come today?" is all that I said. Most shops say "Tuesday" or "Maybe next week," But Bobby’s crew rolled up before I could speak! Same-day service, yeah, they’re fast on the feet, They hopped in the basement and brought back the heat. No dragging their boots, no wasting my time, The efficiency they showed? Man, it was sublime. Now, let’s talk the bill—yeah, it gave me a fright, The price tag is heavy, it’s a bit of a bite. It’s pricey, it’s true, I won't tell you a lie, But for quality work, you’re gonna pay high. But you know what I got? Total peace of mind. The kind of "done right" that’s real hard to find. No leaks and no rattles, no more shivering skin, When the blizzard hits hard, I’ll just sit back and grin. My furnace died on a Saturday when it was -21. Funny how they never die in the summer those things !!. I called Bob right away and he picked up and told me that he'd be at my place by Tuesday AM to install the new furnace. The furnace was delivered on Monday. He was there on Tuesday at 9.00 with his brother and worked through lunch untilhe had finished the job at 7.00pm . I have never seen such a consciencious contractor that pays attention to ALL the details. I will never hire anyone else from now on. What great service
Thanks Bob for your great service! My AC broke and 2 days later (before the new one was installed) my furnace died! Within a couple of days Bob installed both new units and saved my sanity:) His service and work on the job went above and beyond my expectations. I very strongly recommend Bob and his team!
