From the first call to the install, the service was fantastic. At first the technician tried to repair to save us from the big expense but even though we needed to change the furnace the service was excellent. The owner lent us some heaters so we would not be cold. And the installer was professional and very pleasant during the entire ordeal. Thank you Jerrod for all your help.

When my Luxaire furnace quit working, I contacted Bertrand to come to assess the problem. Since I had alternate heat sources, a technician was dispatched the next morning. After troubleshooting the problem it was determined I needed a new heat exchanger. A new one was sourced out and installed. The quality of the install workmanship was very good. The technicians were extremely polite and respectful of my home. All of my concerns and questions were addressed. Great job!
Bertrand plumbing have provided me with not only a quality product but a service delivery rarely seen anymore. It is one thing to want to get you to buy their product but the after delivery service is exceptional. I had problems with my Heat Pump and they not only made sure to adapt the appointment according to my schedule but it was quick service. The technician took the time to explain and show me the problem. Like I said earlier, we don’t see this level of service anymore. Was unable to use the wheelchair access when doing errands because this company had 3 vehicles parked around the designated space for wheelchair access. Who was I supposed to reach out to? There were 3 trucks with no one in them or near them. I understand you have work to do,but wheelchair access is essential. This was at 1230 in the afternoon. The solution is your company shouldn't be parking in the wheelchair access spots.
