The entire team at Bemac Auto Body is an amazing crew, but I have to give a special shoutout to Louise. From day one, she was super professional, reassuring, and comforting throughout a very stressful situation.
What really stood out was her deep understanding of the repair process, as well as the headaches and challenges of tow truck companies and insurance logistics. After meeting her in person, it was clear she is an authentically nice, friendly, and grounded person who genuinely cares about her customers.
She turned a tough situation completely around into a great experience, and my car was returned to me looking in absolute brand-new condition. I couldn't be happier with the results! Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with CSN Demers in Gatineau when we had our windshield replaced. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. A special thank you to Chealey in customer service, who took exceptional care of us from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was clearly explained. It is rare to encounter someone so genuinely committed to great customer service. She made the entire experience seamless and pleasant.
Luc was also fantastic. He was honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful when another issue with our car came up. Instead of ignoring it or pushing unnecessary work, he took the time to explain the situation and helped guide us toward the right solution. That level of honesty and integrity is something you do not see often in the automotive industry, and it was greatly appreciated.

I’m impressed with the service and the work performed my car after the accident. They did a great job. The estimate was accurate and detailed. The representative was knowledgeable and really nice. They answered all my questions and provided the time frame when the car will be ready. You can’t tell the car was repainted or that it got into an accident. Thank you. I appreciate the extra care you took.

I had a great experience with Louise and Cassidy at Bemac. Both were so friendly, and on the ball from the second I walked in the door. They were more attentive and faster, acting than my insurance or brokerage on both claims.
