My 2022 Volvo XC90 suffered a minor impact with a snowbank which dislodged a piece of trim within the right front bumper cover. I took it to Bemac Orleans for an estimate. Isbah Masood looked at my car and took it into the shop for closer inspection. I was expecting at least a $500 repair estimate and hoping that the entire front bumper cover did not need replacing.
After less than 10 minutes Isbah returned and informed me that the damage was repaired at NO CHARGE. He was able to remove the trim piece, adjust the trim tabs, reinstall it and even give the area a quick polish.
The attached photo is of the area after the repair.
His honesty and integrity were greatly appreciated by this customer. Another shop might have tried to make a quick buck off an unsuspecting customer. Not Isbah. It was a small thing but this kind of quality automotive service needs to be recognized.
That's why I give Bemac Orleans a 5 Star rating.

Made an estimate request online but never received a response. Called them a month or so later to enquire about it. My request was found without the photo of the damage (rear bumper) attached, but not assigned to anybody. I guess I made a mistake went I sent my request and the photo weren’t included. At the time of my call, I made an appointment to get an estimate, which was done on the same day. Louise, the office manager got the estimate done quickly and accurately as there was different prices for the parts (rear bumper come in 2 parts). She called the supplier to confirm the correct parts and price. I accepted the estimate and she ordered the parts and a week later I had the car in and fix. Car was returned all clean (washed inside and outside) which was greatly appreciated. Yes I would recommend Bemac Auto body, but if you send online request don’t wait a month like I did to call them if they haven’t contacted you. Excellent service, quality of work and friendly staff.

We had an excellent experience with CSN Demers in Gatineau when we had our windshield replaced. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Luc was also fantastic. He was honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful when another issue with our car came up. Instead of ignoring it or pushing unnecessary work, he took the time to explain the situation and helped guide us toward the right solution. That level of honesty and integrity is something you do not see often in the automotive industry, and it was greatly appreciated.

Would have given it five stars if the car would have been cleaned. It was quite dusty and some door rubber seals have a white layer on it. After all, this is a brand new car and I would expect to get it back the same condition I dropped it of. Besides. Had the car standing there for almost a month. First ten days nothing happened. I saw it standing in the lot. Gladly, they got in touch with the car rental company to let them know parts are backordered, so I had a car to drive.
