I had an absolutely incredible experience with Belko Body Shop, and I genuinely cannot recommend them enough. After I got into a car accident, things were looking pretty stressful. My insurance company was actually pushing to total loss my car, which was something I really didn’t want to happen. I chose Belko as my preferred body shop, and from the moment I started working with their team, I knew I had made the right decision. Mike was a huge part of making this process a success. Instead of just accepting the insurance company’s initial direction, he worked with me and truly advocated for the repair. With Mike’s help, we didn’t give up on the car, and he helped navigate the process until we were able to make the repair happen. That kind of support and dedication is something you don’t see everywhere, and it meant a lot during what could have been a very frustrating situation. The quality of the work itself was outstanding. Nick did an incredible job on my car — the craftsmanship and attention to detail were amazing. When I saw the finished result, I honestly couldn’t believe how good it looked. It genuinely looked like the accident had never even happened. I also have to give a huge thank you to Eric and Sang. Both of them went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and positive. They did extra things they absolutely didn’t have to do, just to make sure everything was perfect and that I was taken care of. That level of care and customer service really sets this shop apart. One thing that really stood out to me was that they even went out of their way to clean parts of the interior of my car. It was such a thoughtful touch and not something I expected at all. Little details like that show how much pride they take in their work and how much they care about their customers. From start to finish, this was honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. The team at Belko Body Shop turned a stressful situation into a great experience, and I’m extremely grateful for the effort they put in. I would highly recommend Belko Body Shop to anyone who needs body work done. The team is professional, skilled, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. If I ever need body work again in the future, I’ll absolutely be coming back.
Mike is awesome. The service was great, efficient and friendly. I got exactly what I was looking for and they didn’t overcharge me and did an amazing job. Cannot recommend them enough!
MVS Ottawa Mobile Small Engine Repairs Inc. recently had the Mobile Truck repaired after a crash. Belko did an excellent job and Michel is a very professional individual. Very polite and honest. A great place to have body work done on your vehicle at a reasonable price.
They rebuilt my truck loading deck like a product of artisanship, shiny, beautiful and heavy-duty. I truly appreciate Mike and his guys, who go extra miles to get the job done properly and professionally. Even stuff not included in the quote, they fixed my loose driver side step, broken ramp handle, stuck ramp track and even installed a new rollup door latch.
Brought my 10 ton trailer to Belko to repair the hinges and frame that were damaged and they did an awesome repair job at a reasonable price. Repainted it nicely and got it back to me in short order and very friendly service from Mike. Everything works like new. Thanks guys, I will be a return customer!
