They rebuilt my truck loading deck like a product of artisanship, shiny, beautiful and heavy-duty. I truly appreciate Mike and his guys, who go extra miles to get the job done properly and professionally. Even stuff not included in the quote, they fixed my loose driver side step, broken ramp handle, stuck ramp track and even installed a new rollup door latch.
Not impressed. If you have a NICE or EXPENSIVE vehicle, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. Firstly, the shop poorly fixed my vehicle. After leaving it with them for a day, they somehow managed to make the issue worse. I had to bring the car in again and left it at the shop for a week. These guys didn't touch my car until the 5th day (I know this because my car provided me with stats and updates via my phone). Nonetheless, I went to pick up the vehicle, and he just managed to fix the damage he made without actually addressing the main issue, then returned my vehicle to me. I asked for some reimbursement as I will be taking my vehicle to another shop to fix an issue he has already been paid for, but they didn’t agree to give the refund. Also, upon picking up my car, they damaged my paint protection film in different locations. There’s no attention to detail, care, or love given to a customer’s vehicle. Mind you, I drove all the way from Toronto to Ottawa three times (that's 3000 km) just because of the shop's incompetence. That's why I say it's probably only good for heavy machines or older cars. So save yourself the trouble; if you have a nice car, don't go here.
Brought my 10 ton trailer to Belko to repair the hinges and frame that were damaged and they did an awesome repair job at a reasonable price. Repainted it nicely and got it back to me in short order and very friendly service from Mike. Everything works like new. Thanks guys, I will be a return customer!
