JP was absolutely amazing in helping us with issues with both our furnace and fireplace. A few nights ago we called him, expecting to have to spend a night or two in a hotel (rather than our heatless home!), and JP was at our door 15 minutes later. He solved both issues, explaining everything to us as he worked. JP was so kind, informative and knowledgeable. We also loved seeing his many photos of clients' pets and his own Lego pictures! 😀🥰 We are HIGHLY recommending JP to everyone!

As someone who works in the trades himself I can honestly say that Bedford offers the kind of quality customer service that we all should aspire to.
They went over and above for my family to make sure that my heat was restored as quickly as possible. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us.
I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else for my home heating solutions after the stellar job they did for us.
100% would recommend to anyone in need of a helpful, prompt and friendly home heating company.

JP and his helper, Kyle, installed a Majestic Ruby 30 gas fireplace insert in our old house. The service provided was excellent. JP is a professional who is true to his word. He answered all of our questions, showed us what was going on during the installation, and provided us with a beautiful fireplace that we will enjoy for many years. Thanks guys for a job well done. JP is an absolute lifesaver!! Our gas fireplace and furnace were both on the fritz last night, so needless to say our home was freezing. JP offered to come over right away to take a look. Such a kind human being and his service was excellent! He explained everything very simply and clearly, and was able to fix both issues quickly. 10/10 would recommend Bedford Home Heating to anyone!
