Although I usually follow maintenance protocol very closely for my lower back issues, things can happen that are unexpected. Once again Dr. Kelly Norman has come to the rescue, and I am already on the mend after one of the worst outages that I have ever experienced. This comes on the heels of a series of treatments by Osteopath Practitioner Safaa Soliman for a sports injury. The extraordinary level of expertise, professionalism, communication and friendliness at this clinic is unmatched in the city.
I've been a client of BiB for almost 20 years. Dr. Norman is a phenomenal chiropractor. Massage with Connor and physio with Pooja has been very helpful. 3 weeks ago I started cold laser therapy with Safaa (osteopath). This therapy has been a game changer for 2 lingering and very painful trigger fingers. The therapy has reduce my pain by 90% and my fingers are slowly getting motion back. The laser, combined with additional osteo work, has made a huge difference in my quality of life. Safaa is a wonderful therapist, and a lovely person. Our conversations during treatment are so enjoyable that I look forward to my appointments for more than the treatment. Thank you BiB for quality therapists and health care.
I was very impressed by my intake here with Dr. Ellard. The office is a beautiful, warm and clean space. The staff greeted me promptly and helped me with any questions I had. Dr. Ellard was incredibly friendly and personable, listening to my history and offering suggestions as to why I could be feeling the way I am in certain parts of my body. He was quick and very professional. I’m excited to continue my work with him at Back in Balance!
I’ve had the most amazing experience at Back in Balance. During my pregnancy I struggled with severe pelvic pain that made everyday tasks difficult. I was referred by my doctor and despite being hesitant (having never had chiropractic work done before, let alone while 7 months pregnant) I decided to give it a try and it was totally worth it! Dr. Norman is so good. She listened to my concerns and did a very thorough assessment before tailoring a treatment plan specifically for me. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and treatment was gentle yet effective. I felt relief after about two weeks of treatment, and continued on an upward trajectory until the birth. I had tried numerous other approaches to managing the pain, and this was by far the most effective. Additionally the clinic itself is lovely. The staff is friendly professional and caring. I highly recommend this clinic, especially to any expecting mom dealing with pelvic discomfort, it truly made all the difference for me!
