They had my Bronco in there for some front end repairs and these folks are awesome!! They kept me updated every few days, took care of all the reprogramming, explained in detail what was going to be done and had it finished earlier than expected the Bronco came back running perfectly, paint was an exact match, they washed it and the interior was even cleaned. My biggest thanks to Jeremy and Britney for walking me through the process. They were truly professional, easy to deal with, put everything in layman’s terms and went above and beyond for me. I strongly recommend Assured with a full 5 stars. Thanks for everything.
My silver bomber was parked, minding its own business when someone decided to practice backing out of their driveway without a mirror check. As you can see, my driver's side door took the brunt. Luckily my insurance company recommended the good folks at Assurance. The staff there was friendly and thorough, and stepped me through the repair plan. They delivered the silver bomber on time, and even stayed late to accomodate my pickup time. Great job, as you can see from the "after" image. I don't hesitate to recommend this shop for repairs.

What impressed me most was their efficiency and care. They were able to have me bring the car in the very same day and got me back on the road within an hour. On top of that, they cleaned the car inside and out. An unexpected touch that speaks volumes about the pride they take in their work and the way they treat their customers. From the general manager to every member of the staff, the service was patient, honest, and genuinely customer-focused. I can't say nothing but great things about this place. From getting into an accident to dealing with our insurance company and fixing our SUV. They were there every step of the way. They kept in touch with us and let us know the process of everything. I wish I knew the girl that works at the desk.. she was lovely and answered all of our questions and Jeremy gave us the run down of what was fixed. To everybody at this place... They work so hard and because of that our car looks brand new! Accidents are never fun but they are really there to help. Thank you for everything!
Great customer service. In my case it was about damage from an break-in attempt. They communicate with you at each step of the process, they deal with the insurance (they are on your side, clearly), they are very thorough and they work very diligently.
