I stopped in to Assured Auto in Bell's Corners earlier today. I had some trim fasteners to remove on my inner fender well and was looking for some advice on how to do it. I was greeted by Cara who offered to get the trim tool and Kyle also came outside to have a look. Not only did they offer to pop the fasteners off but once Kyle saw what I was going to have done he asked if I had 10 minutes and offered to repair the headlight bracket I needed to access. I am so pleased with their excellent customer service. Cara, Kyle and two other staff I met were simply super to talk to. They wouldn't even accept payment even though I took their valuable time and I bit of shop supplies. They made my day, saved me money and another trip to have the bracket repaired. Thanks again very much Cara, Kyle and the Assured Auto team. I look forward to seeing you again.
I booked my Elantra in as a result of an insurance claim and was offered by my insurance company a number of different repair shops. I rested on Assured because of the consistent 5 star reviews. They are absolutely 5 star and in particular Scott who provided the highest level of customer service, from beginning to end. The email communication was swift, accurate and nothing was too much. The level of work on the repairs to my car is of the highest standard and I could not be happier. Thank you!
While it took more than 4 months to get my vehicle repaired (parts and paint shortages), Scott from Assured was there every step of the way to keep me informed, letting me know where things stood and when he thought things would start to happen. And when all the pieces fell into place, my car was repaired within 2 weeks; again, Scott was proactive in keeping us informed, and taking care of all the details like ensuring my tire rim got moved from storage at the dealership to the repair shop, and returned again. He made sure our rental was available and waiting and even drove us over to the rental place in his own car! He dealt with the insurance people, answered all their questions and mine...all with a smile and so much courtesy and professionalism. Maybe for Scott this is everyday service, but for us, he made the process seamless and so easy. This to me, meant a lot and made me feel better about being in an accident in the first place! Because the work done by Assured was impeccable, I decided to share with everyone who may need assistance with auto body, rust or/and collision repairs personal customer service experience which was amazing. The repair was as good as new, and the car was ready in time. I don’t normally write reviews but after an unfortunate circumstance experienced with the hitch and how was attached to the car Cara influenced my decision in a great way by keeping my car, made my worries go away, and my experience as a customer “above-and-beyond”. Her approach, email follows us, and Cara`s engagement since I brought the car for repairs have been truly appreciated and valued. By far, she has provided the best customer service a customer could have (any industry) and therefore she deserves to be acknowledged! Certainly, dealing with Cara was a pleasure, and communication was excellent! If anyone is looking to have any auto body and collision repairs done this is the place to go!
