Incredible service from start to finish! The whole team there including Andy, Ricky, Kyle (just to name a few) went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth and easy as possible. I was kept up to date on progress and was treated with impeccable customer service anytime I had to call or go into the office. And the repair crew did such an amazing job on the vehicle! Our car looked brand new when finished, the paint job was fantastic and matched perfectly! Thank you for the amazing service, highly recommended repair shop if you need one! Thanks for everything!
Recently had my car repaired at Assured Automotive, 19 Stafford Rd., Ottawa. My experience was very positive. I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. I would like to particularly mention Andy. His communication skills are first rate. He contacted me every few days while my car was in the shop to go over what had been done and when the car would be ready. I would also like to mention Brandon R., Body Tech. He did a really good job on the repair. My car is a 2015 Ford Fiesta and now looks brand new. Brandon did an outstanding job replacing a door and covering the scratches from the accident. Assured Auto is not where you want to go often, but I recommend them if you need their service. I used this collision center to have my vehicle repaired after being rear ended at 70km/h. Insurance decided to move forward with repairs and I chose this location out of the list given. I had the pleasure of being connected with an estimator Sam. She was phenomenal. From start to finish, my experience with her was amazing. She dealt with my laundry list of questions and concerns easily. She kept me up to date regularly and ensured the vehicle was repaired beyond my expectations. I would rate this experience a 12/10 if I could! If you're ever in a collision and need your vehicle repaired, reach out to this garage and ask for Sam. She made this entire experience stress free and was a pleasure to work with. One of the best service reps I have met.
Having an accident is nothing anyone plans for and is a very stressful time. Assured took all that stress and anxiety away. They did everything to support me, from arranging a rental car shuttle, rental car return, step by step communication on the restoration of my car, to the amazing job of fixing my car!! A huge thank you to Ricky Machielsen who went above and beyond as my Adjuster!! Highly recommend Assured Bells Corners!!
I picked up my vehicle on January 30, 2026 after an insurance repair that totaled approximately $10,000 CAD for what appeared to be relatively minor damage. At the time of pickup, I immediately noticed a crack in the front bumper — a part that had supposedly just been replaced. I reported this to the shop right away. They acknowledged the issue and told me they would replace the bumper. Unfortunately, weeks later, the replacement has still not been completed. I have followed up multiple times, but communication has been extremely poor. My calls and messages are answered but with same message 'I have to check with my manager' from the past 5 weeks, and no clear timeline has been provided. It is unacceptable for a newly installed bumper to be cracked at delivery, especially considering the significant repair cost. What is even more disappointing is the lack of accountability and urgency in resolving the problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. If you are looking for transparency, quality workmanship, and reliable customer service, I suggest considering other repair facilities.
