From start to finish, Ricky and Kyle were incredibly responsive, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. The team was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. My car looks great, and they even finished the work ahead of schedule! I highly recommend them for their excellent service and attention to detail.

I have (unfortunately) had to visit this location twice over the last 15 years. Both visits were awesome frankly.
Recently, I worked with Sam who kept me in the loop and helped me work through solutions to get my car fixed on budget. She was a one stop shop for all my planning needs.
The work done on the vehicle was great. It looks better than it did before it was damaged.

I had an great experience at Assured Concordia Ottawa West. My car was unfortunately doored and needed repair; thankfully, the repair process was a breeze. From start to finish, everything was quick and efficient and Samantha kept me updated every step of the way. The repair was done within a few days and my car looks as good as new. They even cleaned the inside which was a nice surprise. Great service, highly recommend!

I can't even think of anything that could have been done better. I had a feeling as if I was the only client they were servicing, full attention, timely updates. Got picked up by an Enterprise driver, left the rental car in Assured's parking lot after picking up my car. 5 stars well deserved!

Everything went very smoothly for my car repair. Sam kept in touch with me throughout while waiting for my car’s part to come in.
Once the part came in the repair happened within two days.
Also the hook up with Enterprise car rental is much appreciated.
Car repair looks perfect.
