This place is great, my first insurance claim and they made it all so easy and got the car repaired and looking awesome in the scheduled time frame. A very nice rental was ready when I dropped the car off and car was ready when expected. I;m very happy with the whole situation.

They need to add an option for zero stars. Got my 2021 Subaru forester. “fixed” by them apparently, after a month and a half of waiting. (Kept telling me they were waiting for parts for the whole month.) i would not have sent my car there if my insurance didn’t recommend the work being done properly. I was reassured multiple times. But now the engine light keeps coming on and the car shakes whenever I come to a stop. It also idles super loud and rumbles when I put it in reverse, it sounds like a coin in the dryer basically. The windshield wiper was also broken and I had a scratch on my back left bumper that obviously wasn’t there when I brought it in as I take photos of my car all the time, especially before bringing it to a shop. I have never once had any issues with my car. Never. I purchased the vehicle with 20,000 kilometers on it in 2022. And I’ve gotten oil changes and regular maintenance on it since I’ve had it. Regardless, I was told that the problems were not accident related (my accident was front end damage btw) and that they could do nothing to fix it other than send me to my car dealership. Where I would have to pay out of pocket after already paying my $1000 deductible plus tax. And they also charged me for something that WAS NOT ACCIDENT RELATED DURING THE PROCESS OF ASSESSMENT. A worn out lug nut on my wheel. So if they saw that then how could they not have seen a loose sensor on the same side as the damage they fixed from the accident when they disassembled the car? Why didn’t they also make me aware of a sensor issue when they “fixed” it and scanned the computer for any errors before they returned it to the customer? I’m not actually a mechanic but I feel like that doesn’t make sense. Because when I brought it in today and they scanned for errors they found them immediately. And from reading other customer reviews it appears that they have rodents in their shop. Maybe the time my car spent sitting for a month and a half, a mouse got to my sensor. Wouldn’t that be the shops fault? Animals are natural I get it but I didn’t bring my car in like that. You should let people know you have a pest problem before they come there. I’ve had this particular vehicle for 4 years before the incident and not once have any of these issues come up. Not a single one. I got the car back on march 14th and the engine light popped up twice already. Once on the 16th of march and once on the 30th of march. That’s twice in 1 month since bringing it to this place. And never once in 4 years since purchasing. Make it make sense. They also were terrible with communication during the process of fixing the car. I was basically in the blind for a month because someone named Christopher Dowsett wouldn’t answer my emails and my inquiries. They state the car will be in the same condition prior to the accident. I’m sorry that is a flat out lie. I really wish this shop didn’t have people like this working there because now other mechanics get a bad wrap and I’m driving a vehicle that is unsafe to have my family in it. Then when you ask questions they want to respond with attitude and be rude. I told the gentleman that these issues weren’t happening before I brought the car there and he says “so what you’re accusing us of doing this” first of all I’m not accusing. I’m stating a fact. They gave me a paper stating lifetime warranty but they won’t take responsibility for what they do. And they decline fixing the problem or try to charge you more money and see if your insurance will cover it. Personally I wish I didn’t go to this shop. At least they made their money though right? Just thought I’d leave a review of my experience here for others just in case.

They did a marvellous job of replacing my rear window, fixing a very dented roof and painting the roof. My car was returned well cleaned. I am very pleased with their work.

My car was toed to assured on edgewater. I had requested used OEM benz doors and not aftermarket. They found them and nicely painted and blended the paint job. They also fixed my mirror which got damaged with the accident. Nicole kept me informed every other day through the process. Was a charm dealing with my questions. Would recommend them to friends and family.
