I didn’t recommend this auto shop in edgewater, Kanata . I gave my minivan for repair after 1.5 months they gave back the vehicle without complete quality check. The car seat of the car completely damaged due to mouse and full off food garbage and mouse pellets. When we reported to them, they informed that need to fix through our own insurance. The charge of repair our car was also very high when compared to other auto shop.The customer service is very bad they are not responding on time . So need to be very cautious to give the vehicle to repair to this shop.

I got my car back one month later instead of the promised two weeks. I appreciated the regular updates. Upon picking up the car, I noticed the windshield fluid was empty, so I refilled it myself. It turned out that the spraying nozzles were not functioning. I had to take the car back. I was told that it was due to rodent damage... Basically the mice in their facility had chewed some cables during the time my car spent there. Although they fixed the cables, my car still has mice inside, and I am left to handle it on my own.
I left a message on their voicemail, but no one has returned my call. Even though I understand that rats and mice are everywhere, I do not understand how you can operate in conditions which are causing damage to customers' properties.
Customers should be told ahead of time about the mice infestation so they can make an informed decision before taking their car there.
And they should definitely take some kind of responsibility and figure out a way to get the mice out of the cars rather than have clients have to deal with this after!

Took my car in for an estimate on a small repair. My insurance agent quoted $1000. Deductible ….Anyway the agent came out and looked at my car and told me he was going to get the mechanic to look at the damage. After a check and a quick fix by the mechanic I was able to drive away( all fixed) NO CHARGE. it seems someone hit my back bumper and caused the side panel to pop out of alignment. Assured Automotive saved me $1000. I have had repairs done at Assured before and have always been very pleased with the professional and friendly service.

My brother has a really bad experience with this shop. My brother dropped his car in this shop. When he got back his minivan after repairs, the car seats and seats belts were damaged due to the mice attack. When my brother asked about it the shop replied that we signed the agreement which mentioned the theft or any other damages the shop will not be responsible. Some other customers also experienced the same issue with the mice attack in this shop. So whenever tried to give your car in this shop be cautious. The customer service also very disappointed. Because after the repair we need to go through the complaints with consumer court. .
