I had a fantastic time working with them! I was involved in a fender bender and was directed to them via my insurance, and the whole experience was very smooth and easy. When they estimated the damage they were clear to point out what areas would need repair so I understood, and then they kept me in the loop regarding timelines as we waited for parts to arrive. They got the work done even quicker than they had estimated for me, and when I picked it up they walked through the repairs and showed me anything that would be noticeably different due to after market parts so that I was up to date on all the changes. All in all, I highly recommend them. Such a great experience in an otherwise crappy situation!
I got 3 estimates before my insurance company directed me to Assured. All estimates pointed to a month in the repair shop and rental car purgatory. I got my car back in pristine condition (inside and out), in less than 2 weeks (before and after pictures attached). Craig & Patricia were fantastic and provided great customer service. I’m grateful to have had my car taken care of as well as it was and while I hope it never ends up in the body shop again; should that happen I will be back!

I was recently rear ended and the situation was extremely stressful for me. The stress ended once my insurance connected me to Assured Bel-Air. From the estimate, to dropping off my car, to picking up my car: every person I spoke to was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to answer my many questions. Whole my car was in for the insurance claim, I had some paint redone on the vehicle that I paid for out of pocket. The final bill was lower than the estimate I received by phone. Not only was the service fast and wonderful and well priced, but they even took care of the rental return for me! Seriously, beyond 5 stars for this shop and I would absolutely recommend using them for your auto repair needs. Thank you so much Assured Bel-Air!
They ruined my car bumpers, they look worst then after the accident. Not only do the bumpers not fit the paint job doesn't match and paint dripped onto the black part of my bumper. I wanted to add after my visit back to the shop to discuss how they can fix their error, the body shop manager is trying to tell me that my original Mazda bumper never matched the rest of my car! He was telling me every new car paint never matchs everywhere and will always have paint dripping from somewhere onto the black textured part of the bumper. He is obviously delusional tfor trying to blame Mazda for not painting my original car evenly.
