I received great help from the estimator Sophia. She explained the work procedures and what needed be done. The work was finished on time, and Sophia did a final inspection with me when I picked up the car. The repaired parts look as good as new. I am very happy with the quality of the work. Great place.

I would give it less than a one star rating, but it won't let me do that. They painted my truck and didn't prime areas of it correctly and now the paint is peeling only a few years after the work had been done.
Do not go to this location. They are the worst auto body shop around. The worst part is they tried to blame me for something that they put on my truck and said that it was touching and rubbing off the paint. When I first tried to bring up the conversation with the manager of The Body Shop, he wouldn't talk to me for months on end, and his secretary said that he was always too look after other people's problems.
So so after 6 months. Of them saying that they couldn't get the paperwork and what not. I called the head office in Winnipeg. At Boyd's auto body and they had me the paperwork within 24hrs And at that point all they did was make up excuse after excuse saying, how wasn't there fault? But when I brought it to 2 other body shops, they showed me exactly what they did wrong and they still would not take blame for their mistake. Do not ever go to this body shop ever for anything?

Had no problems booking in for a quote and fix for my vehicle. Id say best service, best staff. Friendly and informative . Left with my car looking brandnew . Thanks to Ashley, Luc and other staff .

We had a bumper replaced, plus a side panel indent fixed and painted. Everything looks great.
Some issues were found that required ordering more parts. We were surprised when the repairs were all completed with just one extra day tacked on to their estimated finish date.
Much appreciated, as that is our only vehicle.
Our bill broke everything down in great detail, plus the estimate was explained in great detail.
Love the lifetime warranty. We recommend them.
