Extremely Disappointing Experience – Damaged My Nails and Caused Pain
I called yesterday at 6:30 pm to confirm if they accepted walk-ins for gel removal, and I was told yes. I arrived around 6:45 pm, and the process began. Unfortunately, it was extremely painful. The technician asked me multiple times if I was in pain as she worked on removing the gel, and I kept saying yes, but she continued without adjusting the process. As a result, my nails became paper-thin, fragile, and severely damaged.
Since they were almost closing, the technician rushed through the process without care for my comfort or the health of my nails. She didn’t even clean my cuticles, and when I mentioned the shape I wanted, it was done incorrectly. I paid $73 plus tax for this rushed and painful service, which has left me with nails that are in significant pain and will take time to recover.
After leaving the salon, I experienced pain in my nails for several days. They hurt constantly, especially when exposed to water. This has been a truly frustrating experience, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service.
Additionally, while she was working on my nails, I asked her to quickly clean and trim my toenails, thinking it would give her a break from my hands. Instead, she rushed through everything with little attention to detail or care.
If you don’t have the time or resources to provide a proper, healthy service, don’t accept walk-ins at the last minute. I regret choosing this salon and will not be returning. I’ll be attaching pictures of the damage to my nails.

I usually don’t get my nails done—maybe twice a year—because my nails and skin are super thin and sensitive. But this time, the experience was so amazing that I had to leave a review. They paid close attention to every little detail I asked for and nailed it. The results were honestly perfect. I’ve been admiring my nails since yesterday, and every time I look at them, I can’t help but smile. The quality of the material seems to be great too as I haven’t felt any pain or dryness around my nails (I experienced this in every other place I go becuz of my skin type)
Btw It was a walk-in appointment 😊
Thank you for the beautiful work!

Left the Salon incredibly pleased, Mimi went above and beyond my expectations, she was incredibly sweet and lovely to spend an hour or two with. I never go anywhere else, best & most long lasting nails in the city. talented artists at work 😸 i wouldn’t trust anywhere else with my birthday nails 🥳

Had a mixed experience doing polish change. The first nail tech filed roughly on my skin. They also applied the base before I could wash my hands, so nail dust was all over my hands. The dust is under the polish. Thankfully, a second tech Mimi took over and she did a great job and was very nice.
I did leave with some polish on my skin.
After I washed my hands at home, they looked great despite the cut on my finger.
