I can’t say enough great things about Arts Auto Body and Collision. They have truly never failed me. Every time I’ve brought my vehicle in, they’ve taken proper care of it and made sure everything was fixed the right way. I brought in my 2011 Nissan Altima with multiple concerns, and Yassir and his team went above and beyond. From start to finish, they kept me updated on what was going on with the car, explained the repairs needed, and made sure I understood everything. The communication was consistent and professional, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The work was done efficiently, but never rushed… you can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their repairs. Yassir and his team put in phenomenal effort into fixing my vehicle, and it truly shows in the results. Not to mention, their apprenticeship students have been great as well. It’s clear that Yassir and his team are mentoring them in the right direction and helping shape them into skilled, knowledgeable auto repair professionals. It’s really nice to see a shop that not only delivers quality work but also invests in the next generation of technicians. They’ve also been great to my father, which makes it even easier to trust them. I’ve brought my car into Art’s Body Shop a few times now, and every experience has been great. I originally came here because my close best friend and her family have trusted him for years — and now I see exactly why. This was my first car and honestly I didn’t know anything about cars at all. He would actually sit down and explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand, which I really appreciated. He’s completely honest (hard to find these days), and he gets the job done efficiently and effortlessly. What I also love is that he’s funny and very vocal during discussions — he keeps you informed instead of leaving you guessing. And if he notices something that needs attention, he’s willing to fix it and make it right, which shows he genuinely cares about his customers. Overall, trustworthy, skilled, and easy to deal with. Running a business that relies on public input is extremely tough. Having had my own insurance company for over 25 years I can fill this page with stories of unappreciated customers or ridiculous expectations. I first went to Arts three years ago. I was meant with a smile, frank discussion about the damage to my car and a reasonable estimate. The job was done in the required time, to a high standard and with the professionalism one would expect. This first encounter has lead to three additional trips due to non at fault accidents. All have resulted in the same level of professionalism and excellent results. Without hesitation I would recommend this business for any of your car repairs.
