Nadar and G were absolutely amazing! They took their time and made sure everything was done right before leaving. They even stayed a little longer after an already long day to take care of a small adjustment they noticed during their final walkthrough. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and making sure the customer is happy. Shannon was the best home comfort technician I've ever had to deal with! A+++++++ Update: The installation of the furnace and heat-pump is now complete! The Electrical Safety Inspection was done today (and passed with flying colours!). I wanted to add that my experience with Zach Fennessy (Sales) was unmeasurable as he was always available to answer questions even after the install was completed. Dan Gravel and Salah Ahlafi did the actual installation of the furnace/heat-pump with professionalism, cleanliness, and speed. Peter Kluke did all of the professional electrical work with a great sense of humour and as per the inspection, he did his work very well! Anchor Home Comfort far exceeded our expectations and I’m so glad my wife and I chose them!!! Our home feels so much better now and hopefully we won’t need to worry about the HVAC for the next 10 years!!!
Paul Stawecki arrived on time for our scheduled AC service call and performed all the required tasks in a professional manner. He noticed that the outside fan needed help to start and he suggested that we keep an eye on it because there have been some previous issues with this model. He reminded me that our unit is still on warranty. I appreciated his thoroughness. My apologies for the late review. We have been away for a while.
