Non responsive and they keep sending technicians that are not knowledgeable. UPDATED: The owner reached out and was very kind and professional. He came in himself to my house with his technician the next day and thoroughly explained the situation. He was able to promptly address my issue and it is now resolved. I appreciate how knowledgeable they were and the effort put into solving the issue. He also kindly explain additional heating tips and how to ensure my home is efficiently heated.
