I had Ambassador Dearie HVAC Ottawa come to repair my central air conditioner in June. The technician did everything possible to fix the issue, but because the leak was in a difficult location, the best long‑term solution was to replace the old unit. The technician immediately connected me with their sales manager, Robert Thibert, who responded right away and provided clear options and professional guidance. Robert arranged a great installation team, and they came promptly to remove the broken AC and replace it with a new one. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire process. They completed the work in a timely manner and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. I’m very impressed with the service, communication, and workmanship from Ambassador Dearie HVAC. Highly recommended for anyone in Ottawa looking for reliable HVAC service.
Souber was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Our AC had been down for a while, and with the heat wave, getting it fixed quickly was extremely important. Souber diagnosed the issue, got everything up and running fast, and took the time to explain what was going on along the way. He was approachable, courteous, and made the whole experience stress-free. It’s always reassuring when a technician is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Thanks to Souber, our home is comfortable again. I would gladly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.
I couldn't have asked for better service or a better price. James and Travis were able to complete the work quickly, and they couldn't have been kinder or more professional. I'm one of those people who gets overwhelmed by mess and chaos, but this experience was the complete opposite. They worked efficiently, kept everything organized, and made the entire process quick, smooth, and virtually painless. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service.
Ali from Ambassador HVAC provided outstanding service during his visit to repair my central air conditioner yesterday evening. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his diagnostic work. I truly appreciate the care he took in explaining the issue and doing everything possible during the appointment. Excellent service from start to finish. - Wei
It was one of the coldest days in January 26, my blower fan went on my furnace. I called Ambassador Dearie on a Thursday morning, they sent a tech by the house 2 hours later, and they confirmed it was a blower fan and it fried the main computer board on my 20 year old furnace - it wasn't worth it to get it fixed. They provided me with a quote for a new furnace an hour later and my new furnace was installed the following day! The techs were fast and efficient - they did a wonderful job. I would recommend this company in a heart beat and the price was right too! Thank-you all for an excellent job - I finally had heat again.
