Can only recommend! Reached out yesterday at lunch for a quote, had done another quote and Aleks Auto Body was $400 cheaper for the same service. Sent in deposit to buy the parts at 4:30PM, got updates through texts during the whole process. Got the part delivered this morning, dropped the car this morning as I needed this done quickly, collected my car at lunch today with a job well done. Service was impressively fast, team was friendly and price was consistent! 24 hours all around from first phone call to car picked up is 5 stars service, thank you to you both!
Alek is the best, most honest, body shop owner I have ever met. I scratched my car on a concrete post in my parking garage - twice. (To be fair, the second time was my son). It looked worse than it was (but the point is that I wouldn’t know that). The first time he buffed it like new and didn’t take any money. The second time, it was much worse and I insisted that I pay for his time. He asked for $40. I paid more. Great guy. Incredibly honest.
Horrible service, first the dad refers to me as “people of colour” then the son was extremely rude, he called me the first time to come pick it up and when I came they said it wasn’t ready they were extremely rude to me and then 2 days later they called me to come get it and I see the car with a different colour than the original colour. It is so visible and when I asked them to fix it they were still rude to me and the dad asked me to take it at a cheaper price. Will not recommend this place to anyone
Definitely good service and proficiency for body works! My car got small dents and line scratches on the rear door. It’s very tricky and tough to fix. Alex is able to fix it perfectly with a reasonable price. My car looks so much better now! Alex even washed my car before I pick it up, which is really considerate!
