When I worked at Nortel, quality was defined as "exceeds customer expectations". Definitely applies in our case. Matt gave the most comprehensive sales presentation (2 hr vs 30 mins) and explained everything from the need to cover the basement cold air return, how our current system was over-sized and that we'd be able to keep our existing, communicating thermostat. Kudos to Graham and his associate for doing a top-notch installation of interior and exterior units and auxiliary controller board on the furnace. Finally, these inverter units are AMAZING. Unlike our old unit, we don't hear anything in the house when it's operating.
Kudos to the installation team of Felix and Dylan. Arrived on time; explained the process; and installed the Amana inwall units in a professional manner. Also took the time to explain the remote. Recommend this team for future installs. Taylor Lewis was a delight to work with. Teamed up with me to order the units and work with me throughout the process. The AirZone team did a terrific job in removing our old oil furnace and oil tank and replaced it with a new high-efficiency natural gas furnace and heat pump. They also did ductwork modifications to improve air movement in house. AirZone also took care of the paperwork for the home improvement rebate. The Airzone representative who visited our home for the initial assessment was extremely Knowledgable and provided very good advice and guidance. By the end of our session, the representative had a quote prepared using his portable computing device. The quotation document was very detailed with a clear line by line pricing breakdown for each element of the quote. I would highly recommend that you include AirZone in your list of potential vendors for your home improvement project.
