Kudos to the installation team of Felix and Dylan. Arrived on time; explained the process; and installed the Amana inwall units in a professional manner. Also took the time to explain the remote. Recommend this team for future installs. Taylor Lewis was a delight to work with. Teamed up with me to order the units and work with me throughout the process. I would recommend AirZone to anyone who is looking for A/C installation and service.
AirZone installed a new heat pump (2022), and more recently an air purification system (4 inch MERV 16 filter) and UV light system to remove VOCs (2026). The sales rep, Mitchell, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, explaining the pros and cons of various options. The installation technicians (Francesco and Rohit) were equally professional, did a great job, and left me with all the information we need about maintaining the new equipment. Overall, I was very happy with AirZone and will use them again in the future.
We really appreciated the care given to the installation of our AC. After 30 years we decided to finally get AC. With over 4 quotes given by various reputable companies, We decided on Airzone. The time taken by Matt to give us a an excellent overview of what we can expect from the various ACs to choose from, size, noise level and performance, he provided us with the best quote. He was also very much involved in explaining the layout and his expectations to the installers in day 1. So all our concerns were passed on. The installation went very smoothly as they were dealing with a 20 year old furnace to install the AC to. Jordan (installer) was personable and respectful of our home and was detailed in his work and communication. His partner I think Elliott were effecient and hard working during the install. And everything was well communicated to both my wife and I. The AC is working perfect, with barely any sound as that was our biggest concern about AC. Great job guys!! When we were shopping around for an AC, my neighbor recommended Air Zone to us as he was very happy with their service. Among the quotes from different providers, we found Air Zone provided the most detailed and specific information with a very reasonable price. The whole process was smooth and transparent without any push. Before we made our decision, we knew the exact indoor unit and exact outdoor unit we were getting, and how the work will be done. They arrived at the scheduled time with the correct machine. The installation went through smoothly. The machine is beautiful and very quiet. Since we got the AC at the end of the season, we haven't used it much. Will come back to provide feedback about the functionality of the AC. But, in terms of service, we definitely give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Highly recommended!
Airzone was quick to respond to my inquiry. They were able to book my install date promptly and arrived on time. I wasn't home for the installation but they kept my wife well informed about the process and what was done. The install was done well and quickly. They cleaned up well before they left. Great service/experience! Would recommend.
