When I worked at Nortel, quality was defined as "exceeds customer expectations". Definitely applies in our case. Matt gave the most comprehensive sales presentation (2 hr vs 30 mins) and explained everything from the need to cover the basement cold air return, how our current system was over-sized and that we'd be able to keep our existing, communicating thermostat. Kudos to Graham and his associate for doing a top-notch installation of interior and exterior units and auxiliary controller board on the furnace. Finally, these inverter units are AMAZING. Unlike our old unit, we don't hear anything in the house when it's operating.

We really appreciated the care given to the installation of our AC. After 30 years we decided to finally get AC. With over 4 quotes given by various reputable companies, We decided on Airzone. The time taken by Matt to give us a an excellent overview of what we can expect from the various ACs to choose from, size, noise level and performance, he provided us with the best quote. He was also very much involved in explaining the layout and his expectations to the installers in day 1. So all our concerns were passed on. The installation went very smoothly as they were dealing with a 20 year old furnace to install the AC to. Jordan (installer) was personable and respectful of our home and was detailed in his work and communication. His partner I think Elliott were effecient and hard working during the install. And everything was well communicated to both my wife and I. The AC is working perfect, with barely any sound as that was our biggest concern about AC. Great job guys!! I had excellent service to fix my AC problem by AirZone HVAC Services. The service technician identified the problem quickly and took the time to explain to me the problem. The repair was quick, efficient and professional. I am very satisfied. In addition, the service technician Diego took the time to explain very helpful tips on maintenance and check the working of my furnace and AC systems. Will definitely use their services again In the future.
