Purchased and ERV unit (Energy Recovery Ventilation ) installed by AirZone to help with indoor air quality. The units recommended were spot on to fit our needs. Even though we chose the higher end unit the pricing was competitive and the installation was very careful and professional. They took their time and discussed best options for venting the ERV to the exterior. In the end the install was very clean and didn't detract from the inside or outside of our house. Finally they took the time to show us the controls and reviewed the cycles the unit will go through. All in all, we are very happy with our purchase and don't hesitate to highly recommend AirZone.
Incredible service. Professionally and beautifully installed furnace, heat pump, electric water tank, ERV, and filter. House smells and feels much better now. Bills were exactly what I expected, no cost overruns from their quotes. The professionals who did the work were top notch, answered a LOT of questions from me, did a thorough walkthrough, and were pleasant people, great to talk to and have in the house, respectful and polite. The staff supporting on the office side did a great job helping setup the work, providing quick quotes when needed, which helped me navigate the bank and loan approvals. They submitted some of the grant applications for me!

Couldn't be happier with the service I received. I had a faulty Honeywell thermostat and Airzone was able to recommend and provide me with a brand new Ecobee replacement, fully installed for $395. Jordan the installer was very helpful and walked me through all the operation. All is perfect now and I completely recommend AirZone for anything like this.
Rob was our service tech today and he was fantastic. He diagnosed our furnace issue immediately and was able to remedy right away. He then completed a maintenance check of our furnace and hot water heater, explaining all the things he found in easy to understand language and outlining a maintenance cadence that made sense for our appliances. Will be requesting him for our AC service once it’s no longer buried in snow.
