I live in a larger 1950's house. Advanced HVAC removed the oil furnace and installed two 3-ton Mitsubishi cold weather heat pumps. Their work was superb. They had several workmen at different times for different aspects of the installation. Everyone was polite, courteous, careful, open to any questions and skilled. They also installed a humidifier, an air-to-air heat exchanger, a condensate pump and an 85-gallon heat pump hot water tank. I highly recommend the company.

Two technicians (Subur and Sam) arrived on time and looking clean and professional. They were very polite, friendly, respectful, efficient, and very knowledgeable of their trade. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They were able to fix our gas fireplace where many others had not. They ensured not to leave until they were satisfied that the problem was resolved. It was refeshing to see young men take pride in their trade and their work, and have the confidence to know what they were doing and how to resolve the issue. In the past, I have avoided writing Google reviews, but the exceptional service from Advanced HVAC prompts me to make an exception. Their sales representative, Owen, went beyond simply quoting my initial request (as had all other candidate contractors) - he returned a second time with the owner, David, to ensure accurate measurements and offered an improved proposal aligned with Mitsubishi’s standards. This option provided better durability, superior equipment, and lower cost. Moreover, on his first visit, when our boiler had just begun leaking water, Owen - involved David, a boiler expert, remotely - avoiding a cold and stressful weekend. The installation itself was complex, yet the team—Clauvis, Derek, Ryan, and later Mike—was outstanding: hardworking, knowledgeable, positive, polite and responsive. Clauvis’ expertise and patient guidance was especially appreciated in optimising the condensers’ placement. After thorough research, including consultation with Mitsubishi HQ’s technical experts and extensive vetting, my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the results and our experience with Advanced with whom we expect to have a long-term relationship.
