I've had a fantastic experience with this gym. My sister and I have both joined as beginners, we were nervous to start but the staff is very welcoming and encouraging. It's a good workout and we leave the gym feeling sweaty and accomplished every week. There is no pressure to be the best, you can learn at your own pace. Not having set class times is also a nice model, you can show up on your own schedule and jump right in at the next round. Would definitely recommend this gym!

I love this gym!! I am a first-time mom and had a hard time during the first 3 months after the baby was born. I brought my baby to the gym and Jacob was so kind to help me with the baby while training me. I really appreciated it! I felt much better physically and emotionally!

I love coming in and getting a 30-minute kickboxing workout at 9Round. I recently signed up for their free trial, and after the free trial, I was hooked and had to sign up. It has been two weeks, and I love attending, going pretty much every day. The trainers are friendly, supportive and assist you throughout the circuit. Worth going to if you have a busy schedule but want to put health and fitness as a priority as well. Prices are affordable, and the location is accessible.

As someone who needs a little push and accountability to stay active I couldn’t wait to get back into the gym the past few months. I was a little nervous to come back since they reopened but I went today and the trainers were doing a diligent job of sanitizing in between use. There’s good ventilation and lots of space between stations and you get a great workout in the 30 minute circuit. The trainers are awesome and always take the time to make sure you’re doing the drills properly! This gym has a nice community feel and I really can’t recommend it enough!

Absolutely love this gym. This is the first time I’ve felt so motivated & happy working out. Workouts are quick, effective & the staff are so motivating and friendly!!
