Crew did not show for appointment at 2PM (scheduled until 5PM). I left a message asking if they were coming - voicemail and email were not returned today. It would be appreciated if notice could be provided that the appointment needed to be cancelled as I made plans to be at home today to have this done. Sadly rating a 1 star for customer service and no-show for appointment.

Six days after duct cleaning, I had to have a service call from Enercare because my furnace failed to work after my Complete Care Package 6 days ago. It turns out the workers failed to plug the furnace in again or test it after the job was completed. Also, my clothes dryer was reset to air fluff wasting time and energy when next I used it. I was disappointed with their failure to clean up, now I have two other complaints to report! Had Complete Care package for duct cleaning earlier today. Technicians were friendly and efficient. I paid the bill and tipped 15% before going into basement.They left a lot of debris on floor, around furnace. Back of box spring (located near furnace) was covered in debris, as well. With their access to vacuum equipment, I feel they should have cleaned up after themselves.
We worked with Pro Duct Solutions to install our under-cabinet range exhaust and had a wonderful experience. We called Pro Duct Solutions after another local company (who were highly regarded) stood us up twice. Zach at Pro Duct was able to organize for his team to come out the following day to take on our job. Firstly - the booking process was fantastic. I got an email right away from Pro Duct Solutions with the time of my appointment and the name of the workers that were coming. Dan and his team arrived promptly on time, and spent the time to explain to us the plan before they got to work. Dan answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable with the work being done. The team did a fantastic job with the install, which involved cutting the holes for ducting in our cabinets, walls, and exterior brick, as well as installing the actual fan we had purchased in advance. The team had to do a bit of customization to the install because our cabinet layout was too tight, but thankfully they came equipped with all the materials and were able to rely on their experience to modify the plan on a whim. They installed the fan in the perfect location, and cleaned up behind themselves; they even wiped their handprints off all the cabinets! They also made sure we turned the fan on before they left to make sure it was working smoothly, which it was of course. The quote for service was very transparent, and the final price actually came up at the lower end of the quote range. We absolutely will be calling Pro Duct Solutions for our future HVAC needs and will recommend them to all our friends. Excellent work! (p.s. Ignore the drywall patch job in the photos...that was mine and my husband's work on a hole that existed previously).
Unprofessional and a waste of time. I booked this appointment over a month in advance and they never showed up. No call. No email. No explanation. And now they won't return my calls or emails. I’m self-employed and deliberately blocked off my schedule for this appointment, which cost me money. That apparently means nothing to this company. I was referred by Ottawa Insulation, and I will be informing them of this experience so they can stop sending referrals to a company that treats clients this way. Given that their prices have since increased, it’s hard not to suspect they simply didn’t want to honour the original quote I booked. This company is scammy and dishonest. If you value your time at all, do not do business with this company.
