Looks like I've found my new HVAC folks! Our furnace and AC isn't very old but I'm a big believer in preventative maintenance. After a "meh" experience with the company we used last year, I decided to give Ottawa HVAC a call. From my first interactions with the office (Amy was super nice and helpful!) to our amazing technican (major props for Sam) it was a 5 star experience. It's great to be able to support local business when they make is easy with a solid offering.
+1 again for Sam :)

I use them on a number of our rental properties. Pricing is always reasonable, work is done on time and with quality workmanship. Even our tenants love interacting with the Ottawa HVAC team! I've had nothing but positive feedback on the professionalism and friendliness of the techs. Without a doubt, I cannot recommend Ottawa HVAC enough.

I recently had a new air conditioner installed in my townhouse by Ottawa HVAC Inc., and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was outstanding.
The sales team was knowledgeable and attentive, answering all my questions and helping me choose the right system for my home. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my space, completing the job with great attention to detail. Even the invoicing process was seamless, thanks to the helpful and organized office manager.
It’s rare these days to come across a company that delivers on every front, but Ottawa HVAC Inc. absolutely did. Highly recommended!

Got an in house quote and walk through with Jim for a new A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and showed up when expected on-time. Would definitely recommend.

I have nothing but good things to say about Ottawa HVAC. I have used them twice in the past and am now recommending them to a friend who wants a split system heat pump. It was a no brainer when my friend asked me for a HVAC company that can do the job.
