Recently had our aging furnace replaced by Mansoor and his team. Mansoor was very responsive from the very beginning, from first contact to the completion of work. Friendly and polite from start to finish. It was very easy to book a visit/inspection and kept me posted when he was on his way and estimated time of arrival. The quote was competitive and very detailed and he answered all my questions and requests for clarification promptly and professionally. He kept me updated on the arrival of the furnace and when the installation would be. Replacement of our old furnace with a new Lennox 97% AFUE was done efficiently and my home was left as it was, housekeeping after the installation was done well, as clean as when they arrived. Overall a great experience with Mansoor and his team from Oria Heating and Cooling.
Excellent Service from Mansoor & Ridham – Oria Heating and Cooling I had a great experience with Oria Heating and Cooling, thanks to Mansoor and Ridham. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in diagnosing and explaining the issue with my HVAC system. They took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through what needed to be done, and made sure everything was working safely and efficiently before leaving. What I really appreciated was their honesty, patience, and attention to detail. They worked efficiently, respected my home, and ensured I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. It’s not easy to find technicians who genuinely care about quality and customer satisfaction, but Mansoor and Ridham truly do. Highly recommend Oria Heating and Cooling, and especially Mansoor and Ridham, for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC service.
Mansoor and his team are amazing! My HVAC unit died after the flooding in Ottawa on July 1st and I had no AC during the heatwave. Mansoor was able to replace my furnace the day after I called and was so kind, professional and helpful! He was able to provide me with all the documents and information for insurance as well and was quick to respond to my messages. Highly reccomend.
Mansoor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what was causing the issue with my AC. He quickly diagnosed the refrigerant leak, fixed it, and had everything working again within an hour. He was professional, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the process
Our AC suddenly stopped cooling, even though it was still blowing air. I called Mansoor at Oria, and he arrived within two hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had our AC back up and running in no time. Mansoor was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire service call. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who takes the time to answer questions and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend Mansoor and Oria for anyone looking for fast, honest, and reliable HVAC service all at a reasonable price. Thanks again!
