Rob came by my residence to assess and fix the air conditioning and fireplace, neither of which were working. He was able to get both working with limited expense after finding that both just needed cleaning and some maintenance. He gave me some suggestions when he left. Overall, I was impressed with his knowledge, and his able to get both working without selling me a lot of unnecessary parts etc.

Excellent and efficient work by Rob Scott. He changed my pilot light assembly of my 20 years old majestic fireplace and it works perfectly now. He takes the time to explain what the problem was and how he's fixing it. He also suggested to change the old valves around it for newer/safer ones and changed them on the spot for us. He was also available quickly to fix my issue which is nice as I had been waiting for 6 weeks to hear back from another company.
