After a major flood, we discovered that our furnace was damaged beyond repair. My neighbour highly recommended Scott Home Comfort Heating Cooling. Rob was so thorough in explaining everything to me. He offered a few different solutions. I decided to have the furnace replaced by SHC. Rob estimated when it would be done and within days, he had it installed. I truly appreciate the time Rob took to explain everything to me and the efficiency of his work. He has also followed up to ensure that I am happy with the work that has been done. Rob came by my residence to assess and fix the air conditioning and fireplace, neither of which were working. He was able to get both working with limited expense after finding that both just needed cleaning and some maintenance. He gave me some suggestions when he left. Overall, I was impressed with his knowledge, and his able to get both working without selling me a lot of unnecessary parts etc.
