We recently purchased a new hot water heater and furnace from Capital City Heating and Cooling. Our previous hot water tank had a leak, so we urgently needed to restore our hot water ASAP. We called in the afternoon and Evan came out the same day, provided information and quotes, and arranged for a new tank to be installed the next morning. We were beyond grateful for the exceptional and professional service (and to be able to have a nice warm shower). We had the new furnace installed a few days later as it was not urgent. The scheduling and communication from the entire team was excellent. The technicians were very knowledgeable and efficient, explained everything, and made it very pleasant and stress free. Evan followed the entire process ensuring we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend Capital City Heating and Cooling and cannot thank them enough – they are amazing!
I had the opportunity to speak with Evan and Jodie from Capital City Heating and Cooling for a quote on a furnace and heat pump. They were straight forward with the quote and recommendations. They responded promptly to my emails (even on weekends). They took care of any administrative works related to the government grants, etc. Shawn, Taylor and Colby were an amazing team. They work together to have all equipments installed appropriately. They ensures that all of questions were answered before leaving. Great experience and would highly recommend them!
If you’re looking for a company that acts quickly, keeps you informed, and does good work, Capital City Heating and Cooling is the company for you. Technicians and advisors were really nice. The installation crew left the house clean and they kept us informed throughout the day.
Thank you to Shawn and his partner at Capital City Heating & Cooling for a great job installing my new furnace. They were professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the installation. I’m very pleased with the service and appreciate their hard work. Highly recommended!
Amazing people, fast efficient service. They even took the extra time to get me set up with my new thermostat and how to use it
