I had the opportunity to speak with Evan and Jodie from Capital City Heating and Cooling for a quote on a furnace and heat pump. They were straight forward with the quote and recommendations. They responded promptly to my emails (even on weekends). They took care of any administrative works related to the government grants, etc. Shawn, Taylor and Colby were an amazing team. They work together to have all equipments installed appropriately. They ensures that all of questions were answered before leaving. Great experience and would highly recommend them!
I meant to post this review in the winter but our experience was amazing! We woke up to our furnace not working at all and it was February so it was freezing. We called and they had someone out that afternoon to look at it and another person out just an hour or two later to give us a quote, and they had two guys here at 8am the next day to fix it! Everyone was super respectful, kind and helpful & we paid less than we had expected for a much better furnace than we had. As first time home buyers we had never had to deal with an issue like this and they made it so easy and way less stressful. Would 100% call them again!
We booked this company to provide a quote for relocating our furnace. Communication leading up to the appointment was excellent, and the salesperson arrived on time and was professional. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill after that. Three weeks passed without receiving the promised quote, and we had to email the company ourselves for an update. We were then told they were too busy to prepare it. Had we not reached out, it appears we wouldn’t have received any communication at all. What is most disappointing is that the company was unwilling to provide the quote within the timeframe that was promised. We were left waiting for weeks with no update, and only after following up ourselves were we informed that they were too busy. This lack of respect and professionalism for a potential client was very disappointing.
We had a fantastic experience with Capital City Heating & Cooling. They came out to assess our furnace, which had stopped working, and quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty blower motor. What really stood out was how clearly they walked us through all the available options...no pressure, just honest and knowledgeable advice. Once we made a decision, they replaced the motor promptly to extend the lifeline of the furnace, and had everything up and running quickly. The technician, Kurt, was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. It’s such a relief to find a company that’s both professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
We’ve had Capital City as our furnace and AC technicians for about ten years. Their service is top notch, reasonably priced and have always been there when an urgent HVAC problem has arisen. Alex was fast, efficient and friendly usual today. We’ve recommended their service to many and they have never disappointed.
