We were absolutely amazed with the service we received from Capital City. Our furnace broke on Tuesday and after getting the runaround from another company we wanted a second opinion. Evan, their sales manager, left us with the most detailed quote I've ever seen so we knew exactly what we were getting. We needed a few modifications due to the age of our old furnace and AC but all was explained in the quote so there were no surprise costs on installation day. By Thursday we had a new furnace and AC. We were so happy with their quick service. They will definitely be recommended to any of our friends looking for an HVAC system!
I’ve had nothing but amazing service. I’ve had them replace two furnaces, an AC unit and install a heat pump. They do a great job explaining my options, understanding my situation, and providing their expert recommendations. The installs have all been seamless. They communicate well throughout the process and kept me informed. Their prices have also been very competitive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

It is clear when you speak with, or meet any of them, that they know what they're doing. They're doing it for the right reasons, with integrity, care, and kindness. They know they're dealing with people, not just numbers, and their ability to build relationships with their customers makes them stand out. We think highly of everyone we've worked with there, but our last adventure with them has us appreciating Jodie, and Alex even more. The people at CCHC really are the BEST. On the designated installation day, the two technicians arrived prepared, bearing floor mats to safeguard my flooring and carpet. They demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and a commitment to cleanliness throughout the installation process. Prior to their departure, they ensured that all systems were functioning optimally, thoroughly cleaned the work area, provided a detailed explanation of the work completed, offered valuable guidance on furnace maintenance, and addressed any questions I posed.
