Had a really solid experience with Comfortrust Home. Shibo was great! Super knowledgeable, no pressure, and took the time to walk me through my options. He made sure I got exactly what I needed at very competitive price. The installation crew was just as professional. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right. They even cleaned up after themselves, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, with no surprises or headaches. Overall, really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free experience.

We are very happy with the service provided by the Constant Home Comfort in Ottawa. Hank Wang is a fantastic sale person!! He sent their best installer Alex and Carl to install our New John Wood Hot Water tank and American Standard High Efficiency Furnace. The installation team was very professional, the installation was completed in about 4 hours. Also, we want to give Hank a thump up!!! He took the time to explain to us the differences in each model and told us what is best suited for our needs. At first, we are thinking of cancelling our 20-year old Hot water tank rental. He told us to BUY-OUT instead. We are glad we did that. So, the tank does not need to return to the designated area. The price quoted was the best too. He also included free humidifier and Honeywell thermometer and a 10-year part and labor warranty for the Furnace in the package deal. We did not go the route to get the energy audit and rebates, because we have already got R45 in the Attic blown in insulation... After the installation, Hank came by to look at the installation and to show us how to operate the humidifier and thermometer!! It is not a small expense, so we did a lot of researches asking Uncle Google and our neighbors. We are not sure about the BAD reviews... but decided to go with our gut feeling! We are glad, we did.
Their technicians are very knowledgeable and knew what they are doing. Installing an AC at my home was not easy as I have a finished basement. They were very professional and managed to complete the job with high quality of workmanship. They had to cut holes in the ceiling to run the copper pipe, they even patched the ceiling and cleaned the entire area after job was completed. I highly recommend them.
