Really fast, professional, considerate and friendly service. Our AC broke down in the middle of the heat wave - they responded really quickly and were able to fit us in the next day. Mark was SO helpful and was able to replace the broken piece right away. The AC didn't turn on because we still had an issue with our fuse box -- but he called us the very next day to let us know he encountered the same issue elsewhere and how to fix it! We already had but the fact that he thought to do that kind of follow-up was so thoughtful and is the kind of service that you don't see much anymore. Also, anyone willing play with our very hyper dog at the same time is aces :)
We have had Capital Home Comfort replace our 33 year old AC unit and the communication, pricing and service were excellent. The company was recommended to me, also due a to high level of service provided to a coworker over time, and it was everything I had expected. Additionally, the quotes provided to me by Mark were so far below the quotes offered by other companies (JD Swallow, Reliance) that I was told, by those companies, that I must be getting scammed. Well clearly they are the scammers. However what sets this company above others is not even the great pricing or service but how they react when unforeseen issues arise, due to a manufacturing defect in my case, and how they ensure that I, as a customer, have full peace of mind as to how I spent my money and how my purchase is not just properly installed but also is covered with a reliable warranty without compromise. Most average companies can seem great if everything goes without a hitch. But very very few can make you feel better still about your purchase when something went wrong and they have had to remedy the problem. A great, unique experience, and this would be the #1 HVAC company I would recommend to anyone.
