Our enercare rental hot water tank died on a cold Saturday night. They booked a replacement for Tuesday and we're a no show! Decided to cut the contract and emailed Mark late that Tuesday night to seek a quote to buy a replacement. Even from out of town, he had returned my message quickly Wednesday morning before 8am! Once he He heard how long we were out of hot water, he managed to move some jobs around to squeeze us in early. His crew arrived by 9:30, work was done shortly after 11am! So reliable! Excellent and clean work! Courteous and friendly team, gave me some training and some tips (thanks Isaiah and Saks). Will definitely call again in the future and highly recommend to others.
Excellent service. The best of the best. Capital Home Comfort installed my furnace and AC for a 4-bedroom house in fall 2020, replaced my hot water heater, and replaced my furnace humidifier in fall 2022. They even made improvements to the furnace air-return ducting (highly recommended) … allowing increased air flow and quieter operation of my system. They have also been excellent at providing quick / timely after sales service / support. Very professional / reliable, very friendly toward customers, and very knowledgeable at a reasonable price. You can’t do better than this.
I cannot say enough about how thankful we are to Mark and his team! In the past year we have faced many mechanical issue with both our air conditioner and furnace. Capital Home Comfort Systems was the only company to respond quickly to our calls. They have always offered fair and reasonable pricing on any replacement equipment and have been extremely professional on every visit. I woke up to a very chilly house this morning only to discover my 20+ year old furnace wasn’t working. I called around and Capital Home Comfort called me back right away and Isaiah was on the scene within a few hours. I needed an expensive part fixed so decided it was time for a replacement furnace. Being a Friday (2 days after New Years Day no less), I thought I’d have to wait until Monday for this service. Mark came over right away and he and Isaiah had my new furnace installed in a few hours. I would not hesitate to recommend Capital Home Comfort. They have great customer service, are knowledgeable and reliable. I definitely will be calling them again when it’s time for me to replace my air conditioner. So grateful that I don’t have to go to sleep tonight in a freezing house.
