He quietly and efficiently checked all of its functions and components, cleaning the coils and drain pan. His quiet, gentle way of working and communicating is so pleasant! Excellent service from start to finish. Sales teams are no pressure and make sure you understand everything. Installation crew were excellent and very respectful. Good communication, love the text notifying you when they’re on their way and that the job was completed. They left the job site spotless and made sure we were satisfied with the install and controls of the unit. Honestly, the best HVAC company I’ve used in many years of owning different homes.

Excellent customer service and communication from the Comfort Pro team. We had a dryer duct issue that upon further investigation turned in an insulation repair due to flaws in the initial installation of ductwork. They worked to make the dryer ducts functional on the first visit, and will be coming back to properly insulate. Sales team and technician (thank you Micheal!) were transparent and very professional throughout the process and we would not hesitate to call them back for any future HVAC concerns.

Riley & Aiden were awesome! I appreciated the effort they made to keep my place comfortable e.g. with the carpet they used to walk on, making sure the door was closed when they went in & out. They cared that I was satisfied with their work. Riley went through the systen with me making sure I understood what I needed to know. I appreciate the 1 year warrenty on the work as well.
...and Aiden checked to make sure I had fixed my car's wiper blade correctly. Yes!
