Outstanding service! Well done to Reid Heating and Cooling! Replacing our oil furnace and air conditioner was a big ticket project. To prepare and to make the best choice, we sought 4 separate estimates. The Reid salesman Tim was honest and forthright, and they offered very competitive pricing. Reid sent their install manager Dave two weeks early to scope out the setup and what would be involved. Reid sent a team of 6 to remove the old furnace, remove the oil tank, install the new furnace, vent it, install the heat pump, connect the propane tanks, along with some BBQ boxes. Their work was thorough and professional. They answered questions I had throughout the process and respected my input when a decision needed to be made . The install took one full day and went perfectly. I highly recommend Reid Heating and Cooling! ....and for those of you with oil furnaces, be sure to let your insurance company know when you switch to a propane furnace/heat pump and your premiums will drop noticeably.....
I use the Home Service group for the Accurate Security system. My system had been functioning well until an Internet outage. I called the company and was connected a few minutes later to the technician who gave me clear instructions for troubleshooting. The troubleshooting on the phone didn't work, so the technician came in person a couple days later and got my system working again! He also provided useful tips for using my system optimally. The technician working for the company is very kind and professional. The company charges a very reasonable monthly price for it's security system. So I am very satisfied with the service this company offers.
The technician was very polite, efficient & knowledgeable. He explained clearly the steps he took to check the efficiency of the A/C, respecting the furnace. He also checked how the outdoor component worked & cleaned the intake (my name for the parts) and grills. We were very pleased with his service of our A/C.

Without hesitation, he stepped up to help us immediately replace our furnace and hot water tank. The entire team was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. The installation crew was efficient, meticulous, and made sure everything was perfectly to spec.
