We recently had Rick Menard Heating & Cooling install a new Moovair central air conditioner. Keith, the estimator, was knowledgeable, approachable and remained responsive even after the installation began, which I really appreciated. During the installation there were a few job description questions but once brought to their attention, Luc handled them fairly and ensured everything was ultimately resolved to my satisfaction. The installation crew worked hard, the system is cooling well, and I’m pleased with the finished product. Read your quote carefully, ask questions, and make sure the work being completed matches. Overall, a good company that delivered a quality installation, with some communication and opportunities along the way.
Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He and his assistant did a great job on my heat pump/furnace installation. System was setup correctly and he ran me through the settings as well as maintenance requirements. I highly recommend them.
Our old air conditioner quit during a heat wave here in Ottawa. I was very pleased with the patience, courtesy and professionalism of the service. The problem was fixed after careful analysis and reasonable options were offered for future directions. In addition, the complete installation of a new, efficient air conditioner was performed in a friendly, competent and thorough manner. I would highly recommend Rick Menard Heating & Cooling!
Excellent service - called on the Sunday of a long weekend about no hot water. The tech called back quickly, tried to fix it over the phone but no luck. We chose not to have an expensive holiday Monday service call. Eric was here early Tuesday morning, diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. Thanks
Just had air conditioning maintenance performed by Stephane P. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing, things that I can and should be doing for user maintenance. Not long ago I had Adrian and co. from Rick Menard install a new hi-efficiency furnace, air-conditioning and hot water tank. They were a pleasure to work with. I like some people I did not initially think on going maintenance was needed for a new unit, but decided this year to have a furnace maintenance check done. Found out that my condensate trap had a small leak, that left alone would've caused sine major issues later. It required a parts replacement under warranty. Many thanks, and keep up the good work.
