I used Advanced HVAC to replace my hot water tank. Owen provided a quote in a handy online portal that gave me the different options and was very helpful in answering all my questions. After accepting the quote, they were able to schedule me the next day!
The installers came on time, were very friendly, did clean work and explained everything to me I needed to know after they were done. They went above and beyond and brought my old tank up to the garage.
I hope to use Advanced HVAC for many years to come.

We have been hiring Advanced HVAC for all our HVAC requirements years. I cannot overstate how much we appreciate their service, professionalism and high quality work. Just recently Brad and Lucas were at our home to replace a gas pipe that was old and corroded - they were so personable, professional and pleasant to have in our home. They went above and beyond to explain the work, they did it efficiently and we have full confidence to keep hiring Advanced HVAC in the future. thanks again guys!

I have dealt with Advanced HVAC on a few occasions in the past for AC/HRV servicing. Recently, I had a new HRV unit installed due to a discontinued part. I greatly appreciate the professionalism, from my interactions with Joel and Owen on a reasonable quote, to Mike's team who installed the unit in a timely fashion. Thanks again for taking the time to answer my questions and to explain the how-tos of my new HRV unit.

Great guys. Owen answered ALL of my questions and I was very satisfied with the answers, quote, service and final products. Michael and his team did a great job with the whole operation (which was quite involved). They listened to any of my concerns, did their best, and I ended up with an awesome installation. Very happy. Would definitely recommend.

I've got both furnace & heat pump installed
by advanced HVAC at the beginning of the year.
These are the issues I found with the installation:
1. The Heat pump was installed right on the concrete stone
where the original A/C (which was smaller and had
bottom up air flow) used to be. The heat pump has side air flow.
The air intake is too close to the fence (according
to heat pump spec.). It's residing right under the roof
gutter (not recommended by the heat pump spec.)
2. The heat pump could be easily swing back & forth
by hand, without applying too much force.
3. The paper air filter at the indoor unit is stuck
and can't be pulled out easily.
All the issues above were not addressed by advanced HVAC.
Although I've exchanged numerous e-mails with the company.
Eventually had to install wider base & roof protection
(can be seen in the image). I had to buy a rigid metal
air filter in order to be able to safely take it out
of the unit.
Update: after opening a complaint through BBB the company sent someone to fix issue #3.
