Bobby hands down goes above and beyond for his clients. He went the extra mile when communicating and discussing a Combi boiler install. Taking plenty of time to explain things thoroughly to me. Then, when my boiler broke on New Years Eve, he was quick, responsive and moved fast to secure all the hardware necessary. Was easy to reach out to, and really moved fast to get our heat and hot water up and running. I plan to install a heat pump in the summer and I will definitely use Bobby's services again Thanks again Bobby and the rest of his team!
I couldn’t have asked for better service. Our AC was making a strange noise, and we couldn’t use it at all. Bobby quickly identified the issue and fixed it perfectly. Bobby is awesome! One of the best trades people I’ve worked with. His prices are amazing. He always beats out the competition and he’s so much fun to work with. I inherited a poorly maintained century home with no insulation, an oil furnace and some of the worst conceivable duct work ever to be run by a “handyman”. When I got this place the heating bill was $500/month… all year round. A slick oil sales man had told my great aunt the house was incompatible with natural gas because there was a slight slope to the ground. We called in Reliance to fix this and ended up with two surprise liens on the house, annoying monthly payments and a roughly 15k penalty to cash out of their rental system. In comes Bobby, the saving grace that saved our ship. Bobby explains things so clearly that non-trades people can understand them. He taught me very quickly the importance of cold air returns with a simple metaphor: “what happens when you blow as hard as you can into a juicebox?”. It’s the same thing in a house. The old air has to go somewhere. Bobby redid 100% of the duct work in my home and even in the winter with an open rear extension, it was cozy all winter long. Bobby sold me a tankless water heater and that’s changed the game on my utility costs. My last Enbridge bill was $30 and my electric bill is also way down from having electric tank heaters. Bobby also returned my Reliance rental tanks to Reliance free of charge. Reliance wanted between $100 and $250 based on how much work I did in removing it myself. Bobby also sold me a heat pump. Great unit. No complaints. Way better than oil. It costs about $100 a month to heat the house in the winter. I’ve had Bobby collaborate with my other contractors with no issues whatsoever. Bobby has worked with my friends at Ring Electric to install a Generac, installed the water heater with the Irish plumber and is currently working with my carpenter on some roofing access for bathroom vents. Since my positive experience with Bobby, he’s worked on my neighbour’s house, my uncle’s house, my mom’s house and has even been to a coworker’s house. Lastly, Reliance tried to warn me against Bobby. They asked me where Bobby would be on Christmas Day for a service call. I had a breakdown at 11:45PM on December 31st. I called Reliance and a call centre in Asia told me no one was on-call because it was a holiday. Meanwhile, Bobby answered my text and talked me through the fix in time for the new year.

No leaks and no rattles, no more shivering skin, When the blizzard hits hard, I’ll just sit back and grin.
