After some supply chain issues were resolved, Bob and his team took care of our gas fireplace insert with ease. They were professional and courteous, and In fact I am using him again for my annual furnace and AC service. A small company that goes the extra mile for its customers. Update: Had our fall furnace service completed, everything went without a hitch. We are now good to go. We will have Bob and the team back in the spring for the AC Service. Great company and reasonable pricing.
