I would like to share my experience at this dental clinic and with Dr. Jordan Pedigrew. From the very first consultation, Dr. Pedigrew clearly explained my treatment plan, showed the issues on X-rays, and walked me through the methods he would use. Everything was very clear and professional. I had two appointments for cavity treatment, and both were done quickly, gently, and completely pain-free. The dental assistant was very kind and explained each step before starting, which helped me feel calm and comfortable. I am usually very afraid of dental treatments, but here I truly felt safe. My biggest fear was the wisdom tooth extraction, as the tooth was located very close to the root. Before the procedure, Dr. Pedigrew carefully explained all possible outcomes so I knew exactly what to expect, which was extremely professional and immediately built trust. After the anesthesia, they monitored me closely, and both the assistant and the doctor checked on me to make sure I was okay. During the procedure, Dr. Pedigrew calmly explained each step, which was very reassuring. The extraction was fast, smooth, and completely painless — I barely realized it was over. It is very clear that Dr. Pedigrew is a confident and highly skilled professional. The overall atmosphere in the clinic is very positive, and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic.

This is the best dentistry office in Ottawa. Everyone is very professional, yet at the same time very caring. Dr Ambar takes the time to explain the process so you understand exactly what needs to be done and why. He makes me feel comfortable. Most importantly, everyone in the office always does good work
The hygienist, Dr. Cristine, is very gentle and kind. The dentist and assistant worked well as a team and made sure everything went smoothly. The front desk staff were approachable and helpful.
