I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this store over $12,000 of my own money !!! All in the last four years . But I fee hurt by the customer service , some are amazing, and some are not , They create a loophole where if you have a problem with your product, they do nothing about it even if you’re one of their good customers for instance, I recently bought 4 g of hash oil. each were missing .2 Totalling 80% of 1 g missing and this Was not cheap spent 144$ as it was distillate. , but in fact by transferring One into the other , You can Easily See that this is not 1 g/ thousand mil solution. Each of them was missing .2. The first woman, I spoke to said they would be glad to help me the manager. I spoke to was so stuck up and rude, and all the sudden refused to help me because I Opened the . How the hell can you justify that , You can’t see What you’re buying until you open It. What a disgusting loophole, Also, One Plant still does not have a recycling service even though I’ve asked them to set something up. How can you act like you’re this environmental hippie Cannabis place and you’re one of the biggest producers of disposable waste around. ,,,, back to the Distillate, I transferred One into another distillate syringe to get the weight , And she acts all high and mighty and she takes it as Can’t return any of them. I did not want to friggin return any of them that would be silly, All I wanted was a discount next time I went for being an Extremely loyal Customer , I have debilitating clinical OCD and little things like this make me lose sleep, But this manager is so stuck up and money hungry that she would not even be understanding to a simple small discount of 10 to 20 $ for the missing cannabis . They create a loophole, which makes it To get a refund the companies do nothing , the dispensaries do nothing and at this point I hope all of them get shut down and we go back to the black Market.They all liked me at this store, I was a good customer , I cannot believe they would not offer a simple discount for the missing amount. I’m not stupid , The product I bought was still good and perfectly smokable , In my mind to return it all would be Ridiculous , And a missing value discount is and would be the only option, but in this world of waste, they would rather do nothing at all.

Over the last few months, I’ve noticed this store really struggling. They seem unable to keep a lot of items in stock and the prices aren’t what they used to be. But what annoys me the most is the customer service has gone way downhill. After a rude interaction with an employee, I went to Tokyo smoke. They literally had every single item I was looking for at a third less of the cost I was used to paying.
To the rude female employee who pushed me to another store, Thank you! You saved me a lot of money if I never go back to One Plant!

Every time I go to this store, I leave happy. Tiffany and every other staff member who has ever helped me out have been so wonderful. The prices, customer service, selection, and overall vibe of this store is fantastic. Thank YOU One Plant!
