Awful experience. The staff is incredibly rude and blatantly racist. If you’re Arab, Black, or Hispanic, don’t expect to feel welcome or comfortable here. The manager is even worse—simply asking a few questions led to them openly stating that they don’t serve people like us. This review comes after multiple visits with friends, and every time, the experience was just as disappointing.
I've had to shop at other locations due to the lack of stock in the show cases. They never put out products promptly and it all just sits in boxes for weeks that are visible for all to see. Staff is friendly but lacks knowledge. Store itself is always dirty with marks on the wall and it just looks un welcoming.
I’ve been coming to this location for almost a year now , the staff is very professional and knowledgeable, but I especially would like to give a big thank you to Amy who is amazing! super helpful and knows exactly what to suggest. Amy has helped me out on numerous occasions, one occasion that I will never forget is her kind words and understanding when I came in and I was not feeling my best self ( just one of those days , that a girl goes through 😉) and Amy really went above and beyond, suggested some great products , thank you so much . And thank you for always helping me find just what I need and because of all your help , I am more comfortable knowing I have my “ go too” products and trying something new or different, always thanks to you ! You never miss ! And I’m never gonna stop coming here! it’s my favourite place in the city ! Thank you again ! F

Bought a cartridge with no ID, it broke immediately. Came back to return it, got refused service for not having ID. I'm 38 with a grizzly beard. Smh. Never again. What a rip.
