I’m visiting in town and this place was near my hotel decided to check it out and it was a really nice dispensary upon arriving. The guard was really nice and friendly and people working. There were super helpful and made the whole experience very easy. I went in there looking for pre-rolls they showed me different varieties and made my purchase super quick In-N-Out definitely recommend this dispensary for anyone in the area prices were very reasonable.
This store didn’t accept a return within 5 days of purchase with the original receipt. I’m out $150 after they refused to accept my return. They might have the best prices but don’t think you’re getting a good deal if there are any issues with your purchase.
I had a very disappointing experience with the Black girl with braids working at the rideau location. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but her customer service skills were extremely poor. She was rude, unwelcoming, and appeared annoyed when assisting customers. If you’re working in customer service, a positive and professional attitude is essential. Additionally, if your business does not accept cash, there should be a clear sign informing customers before they reach the counter. Simply saying “we don’t take cash” without any explanation or visible notice is unprofessional and frustrating. I hope management addresses both the lack of customer service and the absence of proper signage to improve the customer experience.
I was served by Rich. He recommended some edibles I had not previously tried. Was very knowledgeable and friendly.
The workers here always make it a very great experience. I've been to many locations across ontario and this one is by far the best. Shout to these guys especially Ria, Hemabt Richard & Unalo
