We really love the pizza here when it’s cooked perfectly! I’ve found the quality to be a little hit-or-miss, though. I’d personally skip the veggie nachos, but I’ll definitely be back for a well-cooked pizza.

I like Milano’s pizza, but that’s not my reason for the 5 start review. Today I witnessed a beautiful interaction with who I assume was the owner and a widow who was picking up her order. The owner recognized the elderly lady and asked her about her spouse who normally picks up their order. The lady let him know her spouse had passed. He was genuinely saddened and shared a memory of her spouse with her and then comp d the meal. It was very sweet and made me realize I was spending my money in the right place. Nicely done Milanos

I had a great experience at this restaurant. I originally placed my order, but later asked if it could be made halal. The staff kindly prepared the order again without any hesitation and were very happy to help. Their customer service was excellent and made me feel valued as a customer.
The food was amazing, fresh, and delicious. I really appreciated their kindness and willingness to accommodate my request. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!

Amazing food but service isn't always good. One day they're nice and one day, they are very obvious when mad that they have to serve someone. I personally enjoy their poutine and their pizza a lot bt service isn't always good. I get that sometimes it isn't always a good day but why take out anger on someone else. Anyways, that's my review.

I was that customer who walked in right before closing. When I saw they had already started cleaning up, I immediately said, "Oh no, I'm sorry—I don't need to order anything."
Instead of turning me away, the staff told me it was no problem and happily took my order. I believe PETER was the one who helped me, and he made exactly what I wanted, even though it was late and they were ready to head home.
That level of customer service says everything about the people working there. Thank you, Milano's Orleans on Tompkins, for having such a great team. I'll definitely be back!
