UPDATE!!!! The next day, Sam from Bobs Pizza, called me to apologize for what happened and stated he would make it better.
In turn, I got a credit for 2 Steak subs and a Large poutine. Which I did take today.. See Pic. He was very sympathetic about the whole ordeal.
It wasn't a flawless experience, but Sam's willingness to listen and make amends says something about the place. I would still recommend Bobs Pizza, the food after all is really good.. Thanks for taking the time to clear this up Sam..

In my opinion it’s one of the best pizza I’ve ate in Gatineau! And their Philly steak sub is to die for. It’s always in our order every time we go there. The owner is generous and always smiling, 10/10 for his service. If you were wondering where to eat tonight in Aylmer I definitely suggest you this place!

Delicious. Open late and still super good. We had the Greek salad - fresh, amazing vinegrette, loaded, wow. Poutine extra cheese - yum!!, pizza olives and bacon, so good.
Great service, fast service for being so busy, delicious food. By far best Greek salad I’ve had in a long time. A+ 🔥

Dear Bob and Staff,
I travel across Canada, 250 days a year, as I was making my way to Gatineau QC, I stop to get gasoline in Ottawa when I ask where is there a good pizza place, they automatically said "Pizza Bob in Gatineau
I replied oh really, as that was my next work project. As I met some of the locals and shop owners down Rue Principale, they all pointed me to PIZZA BOB
So here I go with a co worker, ordered pizza, staff was amazing and funny
But prize was the pizza, wow, wow, wow
Crispy bottom, thin crust, smooth sauce with topping, the best
We didn't leave the store, what we did is sat at the one table and ate
I highly recommend PIZZA BOB, as one of the top 5 pizzeria I've ever tasted
Thank you Bob, thank you staff
We've been faithfully eating there ever since
