UPDATE!!!! The next day, Sam from Bobs Pizza, called me to apologize for what happened and stated he would make it better.
In turn, I got a credit for 2 Steak subs and a Large poutine. Which I did take today.. See Pic. He was very sympathetic about the whole ordeal.
It wasn't a flawless experience, but Sam's willingness to listen and make amends says something about the place. I would still recommend Bobs Pizza, the food after all is really good.. Thanks for taking the time to clear this up Sam..

In my opinion it’s one of the best pizza I’ve ate in Gatineau! And their Philly steak sub is to die for. It’s always in our order every time we go there. The owner is generous and always smiling, 10/10 for his service. If you were wondering where to eat tonight in Aylmer I definitely suggest you this place!

Delicious. Open late and still super good. We had the Greek salad - fresh, amazing vinegrette, loaded, wow. Poutine extra cheese - yum!!, pizza olives and bacon, so good.
Great service, fast service for being so busy, delicious food. By far best Greek salad I’ve had in a long time. A+ 🔥

Just tried for the first time , guy said it would be ready for pick up in 20 mins came 25 mins after i placed it , he said not ready needs 10min no problem. Went back in 15 mins after and he was just starting it now. If he woudve told me originally on the phone it would take that long no problem i woudnt have had to sit in the parking lot waiting longer than i should have. He didnt do my burger right but re made it for me. Came home to eat it and the burger was absolutely disgusting the meat was soggy and gross , bacon wasnt even cooked it was still raw. The gravy on the poutine is disgusting , the wings are soggy, only thing we enjoyed was the zucchini sticks but didnt give me my dip that comes with it. 65$ down the drain. Feel absolutely sick to my stomach after eating that
