Officially one of the best pizza places in Ottawa! I’ve been to the McArthur location a few times in the past and just love their pizza but it’s also out of my way or I would go more frequently. Unfortunately lately Ottawa has become extremely disappointing in pizza and therefore I went out of my way the other day to Louis Pizza and so happy that I did. Hands down they are number 1 and I will only get my pizza from Louis from now on, also you will be happy to know that their pizza actually comes with the real smell of pizza which is rare these days sadly. I truly hope they can open more locations in Ottawa.
Best pizza I've had EVER. I felt like I was in a New York City Diner complete with retro tables and chairs in open booths. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting, and you naturally spoke to the people around as you were not in an enclosed area. The service was great, and the sraff are super friendly making sure you were happy. The coconut cream pie was incredible 😲. I'll definitely be going back.
Just wanted to say a big thank you for the awesome experience my husband and I had at your restaurant. Unlike many chain places, it’s clear that your family really cares about what you do. Our pizza came in a heart shape, and when the lady said, "We never break a heart," it showed how much love you put into your service. Thanks for making our visit so special. We can’t wait to come back for more great meals!
This is our first time trying Louis Pizza, so glad we did. I can't rate the atmosphere because we ordered delivery. The pizza was amazing, the crust was cheese covered and delicious. Even the dough ball in the middle is worth mentioning. I highly recommend getting the garlic sauce!!! Definitely worth ordering.
It feels like a family restaurant. All the staff here are so nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend for those who want to have an extraordinary, beloved dining experience with great food.
