I booked my appointment with TP, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. TP is an incredibly talented and professional nail technician who truly pays attention to every detail. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful—better than I expected! The shape, design, and finish were flawless. I’ve already received so many compliments on my nails. The salon itself is clean, professional, and provides excellent customer service. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend TP and this salon to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality nail services. I will definitely be booking with him again in the future.
Annie is hands down the best nail tech I have ever been to! Her design work is so incredible. I have been to a few different salons over the years and no one else comes close to the quality of A’s Nails and Spa. The shape is always so particular and perfect. I am always impressed, obsessed and completely satisfied, cannot recommend enough!!
I tried to email about me experience today, however I couldn’t find an address. Really disappointed with my experience. My nails are a complete mess. I paid $130 (I tipped for some reason) for a dip manicure and a regular pedicure. I didn’t get any dead skin taken off of my feet and was completely rushed after being taken late. Will not be going back there.
**other reviews have had similar experiences I read them but decided to still give it a try as I understand mistakes can happen, however regret that decision** I was told that a removal + a full set + French tip would be $95, i acknowledged that I was fine & the nail tech did a good job asking throughout if I was happy with what was being done. However, I had let him known at the start I was on a time crunch for the airport & right before he could put any colour I let him know I’d pass on the French tip. He asked if I wanted to do chrome, I said no thank you. I was still charged the full $95 & when I asked for the break down he wrote $15 shellac colour. I’ve been getting my nails done for 10 years, never have I been charged extra for colour on my nails - it’s understood that a full set for $70 would cover that. On top of the unnecessary up charge, he cut my skin (which has happened to me before no biggie) but it was the fact that it was bleeding out that I had to grab a tissue myself to keep it from dripping down. Not once did he apologize, even when I had paid & gone back to ask for a bandaid. I get mistakes happen, however that’s unsettling customer service especially when I had been polite & still tipped despite his insistence to up charge… As for the girl who did my pedicure, she did a good job on my actual nails but didn’t touch the bottom of my feet once (so when it says pedicure scrub it’s just a light scrub on the top of your feet) plus the soak was for 2 minutes with lukewarm water. You also don’t need to be crazy happy go lucky when doing a service, but it does help to say hi bye to your customer. I had looked at her & said thank you so much when she finished & to no response. Like I said I’ve been to lots of salons, theres enough out there that can give quality service on top of good work, it’s not impossible. Gave this place a shot since I’m new to the area but was disappointed
This is my first time at this nail salon, and Meghan did an amazing job with my nails! It looks so much better than I would have imagined, and all the staff are very nice. Will definitely be coming back here💖
