I had a very disturbing experience at this salon and would give 0 stars if I could.
First, I was helped by a technician who was rushing aggressively during my service. While filing my nails with the drill, he cut me for the first time, which I initially tried to brush off because mistakes can happen. However, the situation quickly got worse. He cut me again with the drill on two other nails, leaving two of my fingers bleeding heavily and continuously.
At that point I told him that since I had been cut multiple times and was bleeding, I felt a discount would be appropriate. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he grabbed my hand aggressively and threatened to remove everything because he said I was complaining too much. His behavior made me feel very unsafe and extremely uncomfortable.
I was also concerned about hygiene and sterilization, especially after being cut multiple times with the drill. I have no way of knowing if the tools were properly sanitized, and being injured like that raises real health concerns.
After the confrontation, the technician walked away and even took pictures of me, which I found very inappropriate and unprofessional.
Fortunately, another lady stepped in and stayed late to finish my nails, and I appreciate her effort. However, the experience before that was completely unacceptable.
My hands are now injured and sore, and no customer should ever be treated this way. I will be attaching photos of the injuries.

I’m not sure which lady did my nails but she did a pretty good job, and got it done in ~40mins. I’m rating 4 stars only because my french tip lines were uneven in shape and my thumbs are uneven in length too.

I came in to get a regular mani pedi and I made it clear it was for a REGULAR manicure pedicure!
They asked me to go sit down and choose a colour!
The work was done way too fast, they did not do a proper cleaning of my cuticles, you could see some dead skin that was left out! In addition they were very clumsy and kept dropping things on my feet and not even apologizing! At the end when the time came to pay they were charging me for shellac! I told them that I did not ask for shellac and no one mentioned it to me, but they kept saying that they informed me It was shellac and that I said yes and I insisted that it is not true! I told them in that case to remove the shellac because I am Not paying for a service that I did not ask for and they got mad at me! NEVER AGAIN STEPPING A FOOT IN THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!

Went in for an impromptu pedicure with my daughter. An older gentleman was assigned to me. He was rough right from the beginning and rushed even though salon was not busy. He cut the cuticle on my toe too much, was stinging. He was rough with the buffer and scrapped the top of my toes. My toes were shaped unevenly. He didn’t communicate that the shellac I chose was running out. He had barely enough to do two coats. He kept hitting my toes with the lamp and having to redo the paint. I expressed my disappointment through out the process but not so much as a sorry. Even his coworker agreed with me. I still paid full price and walked away not relaxed or happy with the service. I did express this to the women at the cash but no resolution was offered. I will never go back nor recommend to anyone. Should have read the reviews before attending.

Horrible place , i asked for a french manicure with acrylic . In the middle of the set after putting the fake nails on ,he told me he didnt have the color i wanted ?! Like why didnt you tell me from
The begining ? He also hurt one of my nails and started bleeding . Please avoid this place
