Horrible. I am going to be honest this was the worst salon I have been to. I had called and said I would be later and they said yes it’s ok, when I get there I sit down, ask for a full acrylic set and dip. They didn’t even say hi first of all, then the lady told me I could. The reason I was getting my nails done was for graduation. I said why and then she replied ‘’ your nails are too small” And I have never had a problem with that and I told her that. I ask again and she agrees. She gets started and fixes and prepares my nails and uses this tool and it shaved my nails so thin. From the very beginning the lady I had was very rude and cranky. When she applied the acrylic tips she had put glue and just put it on my nail without pushing it or holding it down. It felt very unprofessional. When she filed/cut the nails they felt like they were going to come off. When she “finished” cutting the nails they were still very long. I asked to shorten them and she said no. She said they will shorten when she shapes them. They were very long. I said “These are way too long for me, please cut them shorter” She answered “They will shorten when I shape after dip power.” I showed her the colour and she went and looked for it. She came back and said “ you can’t do that” I said “Why not” she said it’s not there. Then I find a second option and it didn’t match the example it was a baby pink on the example and neon pink in reality. So I pick a third, similar to my second and it’s empty but on display and then I didn’t know what to do, I see a container on display and ask to see it, she rolls her eyes and talks in Chinese to another worker. The colour was meh and I am getting tired of being here so I just say go ahead. When the colour was on it was cute! She seemed very rushed for the people waiting. I had offered to come back another day if it will be rushed before she even started. When she did top coat I noticed bubbles on the nails, I asked if she will remove them and she nodded yes but didn’t speak. It didn’t get removed. She hurt me when finishing touches. The only good thing is that it was only $55, Witch is reasonable. They said it will last 3 weeks or more. I got them done 6 days ago and 3 of my nails are off. They are all peeling on the sides. Not recommended at all. The photo of the single nail is it he bubble one and it came off 4 days after the experience.

Possibly the rudest manicure in Ottawa. Tina is was on her cell, turned her back on me when I arrived and said hello in an upbeat way. Very lazy person who pushes her opinions. Go anywhere else is my recommendation.

All the ladies are fantastic in what they do
Pedicures feel fantastic and my nails stay on for almost 3 weeks !! I don't go anywhere else

I'm not satisfied at all. I must be honest. When I told the lady the nails type I want she said no, we don't do that here, and I said ok, I was surprised. It looks like she needs more training and she did what she thinks she knows and not what I wanted. Is like it a compulsory something for them to do for u even if u say no. My left nails is different from the right. Not well shaped. When I told her she said she will file it. And made it worse than the actual complained I made. I just kept quite for her to finish the drawings she did on my hands. Because I was pissed with what she was doing. Oval shaped nails , looking like ballon tip. As for my feet, I only painted because I didn't want it to look like my hands and waste money on that too.The madam did a good job on my feet. But my hands looks like practical work. Environment is neat and workers friendly but the work is not neatly done.

Disappointing Experience - Schalac Manicure Didn't Last.
I recently visited this salon and opted for the Schalac manicure, expecting a long-lasting finish. Unfortunately, my polish started chipping after just three days, which was disappointing considering the price point.
While the salon's service and ambiance were pleasant, the durability of the manicure fell short of my expectations. For a premium nail treatment, I expect a longer-lasting result.
*Pros:* Friendly staff, nice atmosphere
*Cons:* Poor polish longevity
